So this is the biggest 1 bedroom apartment i have stayed in. Certainly worth the extra £ for the added space. Everything you need apart from a washing machine. Renovation works are taking place so pool, outdoor area and play room not available, however the fitness room is. Lacking staff however those that remain are friendly enough. No breakfast available. Very close to Bts so some noise until about midnight

Big room,its called here exec app. but very basic .very nice big wrap around balcony which could use a nice sofa besides the 2 seats .would prefer a room in the back ,less sound from sukhumvit .swimmingpool is closed why they not open is beyond .a letter is still blaming covid .(cleaning)staff is attentive .bts station is a 2 minute walk .good price wise
Hotel well placed near the sky train (Station Bang Chak) and near street markets, small shops (including Starbuck). easy to get MBK and SIAM malls
Good location, but the facilities are old, swimming pool was not open even though Bangkok is open for travels.

the superb place to stay in..
We always loved Viva Garden, but COVID stripped the whole place. No more facilities, no restaurant, no swimming-pool, no kids room, no massage saloon etc. They are also renovating the place, so it might change in the future. But the reception told me that the restaurant will not return until 2025! So sadly no breakfasts will be offered until then. We will be back at Viva, but they will definitely have to improve in the (near) future. Back to their 5* standards.

Really comfortable place to visit Bangkok. Near the Bang Chack Station. Just need 1min by walking. Also can find a good restaurant nearby Viva Garden Service Residence. Clean room, Kind staff, comfortable residence.. etc. Everything was satisfying.

Our normal go to stay for Bangkok. Arrived in late August 2022 to find had just reopened after Covid and currently under renovation no facilities no pool no restaurant and little staff.
Top Location to get everywhere. Service staff really nice and helpfull. When i was there the Pool was under construction but this was ok for me.

Some part of the hotel is still under construction. The pool is not open yet and it will be very loud in the morning if you stay at 5 or 6 FL. Better to stay at the lowest floor or the high floor if possible.
We often travel to Bangkok and when we do, we look no further than the viva garden serviced residence. We really enjoy the location, the service and the kind staff that are always ready to go the extra mile to satisfy your needs.
The pool and restaurant are closed because of renovation. This was net mentioned. The room is good
I have stayed there before , now no pool or gym, until refurbishment is complete it’s not as good as it was before but I was upgraded which was wonderful, no complaints,

Very spacious apartments with kitchen and very large balcony. Im surprised of how good it was for what we paid. Baththub and high pressure hot shower. Smart tvs.
Nice, well equipped, large room with a large shower and tub too. Good a/c. Great water pressure for an invigorating shower. Full kitchen with the necessary appliances and utensils. Close to street markets and several restaurants as well as a great barber (Bmore). Only thing lacking nearby is a good, reasonable laundry. I had a 5th floor room facing S-SE that was plenty quiet for a good nights sleep and positioned so the hot June sun never came directly into the balcony window. No complaints.
The staffs are nice and willing to help. It is a little far from the center city but the room is good and it is very close to the BTS station. However, it is currently under construction, lower floor would be a better choice.
Housekeeping must check the ameneties like cockery and cutlery in order before guests check-in. Maybe, due to Covid Pandemic management sleeping on the job(relax mode).
Worth every penny :)
Too bad it will be down for 2 years for major renovation. It is the one of the usual place i will stay if I’m in bkk! 3mins to BTS..
Not far from BTS. Suitable for family.
If your looking for a functional serviced appartment that is very well situated and close to the BTS in Bang Chak, then look no further. We are regular customers to this serviced residence and we are always treated like family. The facility is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful! There is also a small market just across the street that hosts a variety of street foods, iced coffees, fruits and evidently a 7-11. This is a highly recommended facility and we already look forward to going back this July 2022 :-)
They are closing or preparing to renovate. So all facilities are closed including pool, restaurant, spa, kids playground. Gym was open but all lights and Aircon turned off. Also due to this reason they don't provide every day housekeeping causing people to pile their trash in the hallway. The room itself was very nice though, very specious and convenient. Combined with the nice staff I think it's still worth staying here. Otherwise youre better off in one of the many other hotels.
The hotel is a few step away from the bts bang chak station. The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for a quite room and I got one. Will stay at the hotel when I visit Bangkok in the future.
The room is very good and the staff is nice. It is a little far from the center city however the BTS station is very close. Travel can consider to live here.
This residence is on the Skytrain line, easy to travel around from and is a very very clean place to stay. There was plastic wrap over the elevator buttons and plastic sleeve on the door handle to the room. Everything was either wrapped in plastic or was being cleand during the day with sanitizer by staff. Very comfortable and would recommend.
The staff ask for the money that exceed the booking confirmation. Theys didn't check my booking payment and ask if we could pay more.
Clean and big room. Near massage place, and good location for ordering food via grab, lineman etc.. lots of choice
Stayed here before and it was great, service gone down hill, now restaurants closed, also pool ang gym closed, this was not shared when booking

short walk from bts bangchak - took me 50 min from SVB airport @ 10pm ~100B. 4 7-11's within a block but the closest 1 sells no alcohol so must cross the road on the ped bridge to buy a beer. on nut is ~ 15 min walk with lots of restaurants and a lotus dept/grocery store. good place to change money across the street from mcdonalds. staff helpful, polite, and speak english. nicely furnished room with microwave, fridge, dishes. everything worked. comfortable bed, nice bathroom, big balcony. fast internet, tv only 2 english news channels. the "deep cleaning" advertised was not so deep - had to move the sofa to retrieve a dropped item....no cleaning there in years. also kitchen surfaces were sticky. obviously cleaning staff are not supervised. still the price i paid was 1/3 of my stay 4 years before. be aware if leaving after 11pm there is no bus or skytrain. my grab taxi back to SVB airport @ 3am was 400B. street taxis were asking 1000B.
Everything is good except it's quite noisy from the street traffic. Best to request to stay away from the front....
Peaceful and lovely facilities. Comfortable and has that home feeling, can cook, have laundry service. Easy access to everything like transport taxi, bus or train right next to BT’s. The staff is super friendly and kind. There is a restaurant downstairs can provide both room and in restaurant service. I recommend if you prefer a home feeling but has hotel vibes. Would definitely stay again
The place is really nice, but the pool was closed for renovation (feb 2022). They also put rules about booking before to go to the gym I don't really know why. But It is a really nice place to be and to cook yourself with big mini apartment fully furnished. I almost stayed there but I really like to swim too much. I recommend, just make sure the pool is open if it is important for you.
The room is nice and large. with complete facilities I think it's a good hotel.
