The location of the hotel is in a sleazy location. Near the hotel, there are a lot of 노래방 (KTV room) which provides special services. The location is not safe for female travellers especially at night as there are drunkards who would grab you along. The hotel also charges for the KTV room usage on per night basis. The staff doesn't speak a perfect English, but enough to what we have to do and they are really kind, so perfect! My room was clean. Everyday it's cleaned. Water, coffee, tea and apple juice are provided everyday. Awesome! Maybe the only 2 bad points are they aren't windows in my room, and the mirror isn't in the toilet or in the bathroom so it's not convenient. But...
The rooms were furnished with all the necessary amenities. and then some. Although it's marketed as a business hotel, bathrooms are equipped with jacuzzi's and massage beds for spa treatments. Rooms have computers for guest use as well.

I really like this guest house very much because the living area and the kitchen is very spaces and also the whole house areas are very clean. We can make friends with other guests.. the feeling is so warm and we just like one family... It really made me feel like staying in my own sweet home with my friends around me....
