The only drawback was that the table where the food was placed was high and hard to access, but I thought, "This is also part of being overseas." I decided on this hotel because all rooms come with a club lounge, all are on high floors, and it is located by the Chao Phraya River. My stay was as fulfilling as I had hoped. There are various types of rooms, but the price differences are minimal, so I definitely recommend the river view rooms. The boats passing on the river are diverse, and especially at night, it's beautiful. The club lounge offers a hearty breakfast and tea time, which can serve as meals. It is not open after 6 PM, so there is no cocktail time, but I appreciated the opportunity to experience other restaurants instead. Breakfast at the restaurant was also available. There are many live kitchens and a wide variety of daily menus, so I never got bored. In terms of service, the hotel had a mix of good and bad aspects. I had been communicating requests via email beforehand, but the staff changed frequently, and sometimes discussions reverted to previous inquiries or there were discrepancies in written content, which was quite troublesome. Additionally, although I arrived in Bangkok early in the morning, I was able to check in before 8 AM. I was told that a room on the 51st floor could be prepared immediately, but since the club lounge was on the 52nd floor, I declined that option. I was informed that if I waited until 2 PM, I could be shown a room on a higher floor, which I preferred. The hotel staff said they would notify me or email me once the room was ready, and I waited patiently. I used the lounge and the pool until 2 PM but received no contact. Reluctantly, I conveyed my situation to the lounge staff, and after a while, an unfamiliar front desk staff appeared without any apology, stating, “We have prepared a room on the 52nd floor.” I found it unacceptable to wait for 5 hours with no communication, and expressed my dissatisfaction about it being only one floor higher. Once that staff member left, the staff who checked me in earlier returned and changed my room to the 56th floor. I'm not sure if there is still a lack of communication among the staff or if they thought changing from the 51st to the 52nd floor was satisfactory, but the response was beyond my expectations. Additionally, the facilities were somewhat old, especially on the first floor with the front desk, where the smell of sewage was terrible, which was shocking. During early morning hours, that odor even spread to the corridor on the 56th floor. For some reason, I didn't notice it during the day, but the first floor had a foul smell at all times. The pool had shaded areas on the deck chairs, which was comfortable. However, it was surrounded by high walls, and there was no view at all. While I can't highly rate the personal service, the overall result may be acceptable. The service in the club lounge can be highly praised for both the staff and the content provided. The room's amenities and view were flawless. There were both pros and cons, but understanding these aspects, I feel I would like to use this hotel again.
One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The hotel was incredibly clean, and every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the balcony — absolutely stunning! Honestly, because of the hot weather, I didn’t spend much time outside, but even just looking out the window was enough to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The room itself, including the bathroom, was impressively spacious and made my stay extremely comfortable. I’d love to come back. If I ever visit Bangkok again, I would absolutely want to spend every single night here without a doubt.

I had a very happy time with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. If I had to point out a downside, since it's an old hotel, the indoor facilities are outdated. There are no outlets by the bedside. Also, while there was hot water until around 7 o'clock with sufficient water pressure, after 9 o'clock, there was no hot water, and on the first day, I informed the front desk about it. Actually, the room I first stayed in on the 52nd floor smelled musty, so I had it changed. The room on the 53rd floor was also perfect in terms of hot water temperature and pressure around 7 o'clock. However, after 9 o'clock... I felt a bit like a complainer and ended up taking a cold shower, thinking of it as training. Despite these issues, I was really well taken care of during my 4-night stay. The front desk, restaurant, lounge, and staff were all very helpful. This was my second trip to Bangkok after last year, and I would like to stay here again next year. I am very grateful that I was able to spend such a happy moment. Although it was a round-trip midnight flight, I was able to have early check-in and late check-out, which allowed me to feel good and spend my time without any strain. Thank you very much! ^_^
