It's freezing in the winter. Don't go in the winter. You will regret it. The heating system is poor and the draft is really bad. It's no different from sleeping outside. I stayed at the worst hotel I've ever been to, so I couldn't overlook writing a review. First of all, the room was nothing like the pictures. The view was non-existent and it was extremely cold for a winter hotel. I was shivering until check-out, and the draft was so strong that if anyone wants to experience the cold on purpose, they should go there. The heater was also inconsistent, so I had to find a warm spot to sit because it was so cold. I booked this place in a hurry and felt so sorry for my family who had to endure the cold. How cold was it? It was the first time in my life that I felt cold in a hotel room. I slept with my face covered with my own down jacket. When I took off the jacket, my face felt itchy, so I couldn't sleep well. I was shivering until 4 am and finally fell asleep. I wore thick clothes over my pajamas and covered them with a jacket, but it was still cold. I was shivering so much that I woke up before 6 am and my shoulders were stiff. We quickly packed up and went to a nearby hot spring to warm up our bodies. My whole family caught a cold. I don't think I would stay at a place like this even if it was offered for free. The bathroom door was locked, so I couldn't open it and struggled for a while. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the water pressure was inconsistent, causing water to splash and stain my clothes. The only thing I did at this hotel was suffer from the cold. This was my first time staying at such a place, and I will never go again. My family suffered so much that I'm leaving this review out of anger. If I had seen the reviews before, I would never have gone. I made a mistake because I rushed to make a decision. I didn't want to leave my precious vacation with bad memories, so the next day, I stayed at a warm and luxurious hotel suite with a good view and facilities, which cost over 450,000 won. It was so frustrating to have to suffer and freeze in the cold winter at a place like this. It was a night I wanted to forget.
