The room was spacious, the bed was wide and comfortable. The staff were cheerful and friendly, it was excellent. The small tub was a minor downside. The minibar was free, and they refilled the cola and still water every day, which was great. The hairdryer worked really well. There were two elevators, but I hardly had to wait. My husband was a bit complaining that breakfast was the same every day, and now that we are in Paris, he says he wants to go back to London. We are a family of three, and it was a bit pricey since it was July, but we were actually satisfied with the price. The location is fantastic, it's a bustling area with plenty of food options, and despite the heavy foot traffic, it wasn't too noisy at night, so we slept well. If we go to London again, I am 100% willing to stay here again.
