"I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave, but had neither once We entered the room, I had a few things that needed to be kept cold, but was informed, no other room was available. I checked again in the morning, as required, and was moved to the room first desired. In this move we found both amenities, but the TV seemed to be downgraded to basic. A bit confusing, but refused to request another change, unsure of what will be missing next. Good for a few days."

"The hotel is very clean, big space room, everything is out of our expectation, its like 5 star hotel. Highly recomended to stay here. This hotel at prime location at downtown los angeles, near convention center, staple center and shopping mall area. Will come back here to stay for sure..."

"Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, it is a convenient location. The rooms re small, older, and non very well maintained. Floors were cracked, chipping paint, etc. The air conditioner was very noisy and I kept waking up from the noise, even though my earplugs. I would have expected more from the price. Employees were very gracious and willing to help."

"very nice and clean hotel with well access to los angeles airport. no need to worry about where to find you food coz many food around. good for those who come for both transit for the next flight and short trip. the facility also superb. overall for this hotel is one of the best hotel around airport for you to consider."

"I had mixed emotions about our stay. The gentlemen at the valet and at the front door were friendly. They greeted us all the time. The people at the front desk weren’t as friendly. Receptionist that checked me in didn’t tell me about the deposit that was required and I only found out when I got an email from my bank. The hotel has character. I loved the design and how clean everything was. Housekeeping did a great job at being consistent with cleanliness and I never lost anything. It was quiet. The walls certainly weren’t thin unless the other rooms around us were empty. I was disappointed with guest services. Every time I called to request for something, it would never happen. We called one night to ask for forks and they never arrived. I called to ask for help with our luggage before we checked out and we ended up bringing them down ourselves after waiting for 30 minutes (without any status updates). It could’ve been a good stay but I felt that there was a wall between the guests and the staff. I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels that may not have the best facilities but made us feel at home. I checked out of Indigo thinking that I would stay somewhere else the next time."

"hotel location was great, it's within downtown and close to lots of convenience. it's close to the underground station, restaurants, convenience stores and within downtown area along the min street. hotel room was nice and spacious, our bed is comfy, basically everything has no complaints given this is merely a 3 star hotel. i like the japanese theme of this hotel, it feels zen! staff were nice and they are willing to help us book a rental car, give us d directions, suggestions.... definitely going back to this hotel in la"

"Great things about this hotel: - Free 24/7 airport shuttle - Very friendly & helpful staff - Has conference hall & swimming pool - Near Burger King - Near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - Clean rooms - Strong aircon - Good selection of TV channels - Coffee machine is fun & easy-to-use Excellent airport hotel. Highly recommended."

"I was very pleased for what I paid for, it certainly wasn’t a five star hotel but I didn’t expect that going in, I did my research and new what I was getting, it was what I expected and would stay here again for the price I paid, the room was big a renovated and the location was great with a free shuttle to Disneyland, you just need to reserve a spot the night before, there’s two drop offs in mourning and two pick ups at night. Definitely will go back"
