"We went to Baguio to witness the Panagbenga festival parade and we stayed at Arc Residences over the weekend. The place is really nice. It is around 10-15 minutes (of jeepney travel) away from the buzzling, busy and crowded street of baguio plaza (at that time because of the festival). The view is awesome and you can appreciate the pine trees and the peacefulness. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We arrived around 6am and the store below the residence is still closed. Receptionist was not yet around also but the guard helped us and agreed to our request to leave our luggages. No items were missing when we came back. The lobby area is cozy. We can charge our gadgets and there is free wifi. There is a kitchen and common lobby area for each floor. There's free water, free use of cooking utensils and refrigerator. The room is clean too although our sink was broken and have a leakage. The taxi and jeepney stand is also near. Though you would have to go downhill and have a bit of exercise since Baguio is in the mountains. Overall place is good and not overly expensive. We will definitely come back here :)"

"If you're traveling to Baguio and want to save money, Bed and Bath is your best bet. They have nice facilities and a clean place. The only con I can see is that its a dorm type lodge so you need to be watchful of your valuables since you'll be sharing a room with other strangers. It would be better if they provide lockers for the guests. But aside from that everything looks good."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel like we got more than we paid for. For a 1-star hotel, I didn't expect to be provided with towel and toiletries. Each guest got we one. We arrived there bringing our own stuff thinking that they won't be providing it. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they provide this. Our booking came with free breakfast and I must say that their breakfast is pretty good. It came with 3 viands + rice. Coffee is not included though but there is an available coffee vending machine right beside their convenience store. The hotel's location is great too. It's really close to the city center and taxi is not hard to find. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place."
