Close to Roi Et Tower”
Not a bad hotel for the price but the only let down was that there isn't a kettle or tea/coffee but there is a hot water dispenser in the lobby that you can use 24/7. It's off any main roads so quiet at night, on site parking, WiFi, TV, fridge & bed was quite comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay. If you want to get a few drinks on then go to Bangkok 33 restaurant, it's open until midnight with live music & ice buckets.

Over priced ”
Needs a lot of maintenance, cheap and simple repairs have been ignored. Woken every day because there is no curtain on the bathroom window and the connecting door is frosted glass. Buffet breakfast is a joke. No butter for toast, orange juice was always empty, this morning there wasn't hot water for coffee. Finally, the rice soup was watered down so that it was too thin and tasteless.

This little place just keeps getting better. Cooked to order western breakfast now available. The rooms are large and comfortable, with the little balcony and cafe table a plus. Always clean, and everything in good working order. If you haven't been there, it's a bit difficult to find, but a short walk into the center of town, market, etc. Definitely my place to stay in Roi Et.

Good location. ”
Not much choice in Roi Et! We chose Premium because of it's good location - close to Roi Et City hotel where we used to stay (now closed), and also close to White Elephant restaurant (also now closed!). Five minutes walk to the Roi Et Plaza (shopping), and a further five minutes to the lake. Hotel rates very competitive, and quite cheap for what you get.

Friendly, clean, well situated”
I had an excellent stay at the Premium. It is close to the center, and restaurants, the staff were helpful. You can order (tasty) food to the hotel, if you can say the Thai name. A short walk away finds you many small shops and several Wat are close by. The bed was very decent.

The hotel name is only in Thai name , not in English, We took a picture of the hotel name in Thai from agoda .5com web site, so we can show to the tuk tuk when we arrived to the bus stations, tuk tuk from the bus station to the hotel 80 TB , for the Two of us, we got his phone # so he can pick us up at the hotel to take us to the bus station, on the day that we want to leave, the hotel have phone # only for taxi, but they will call a tuk tuk if you give the #. To them. The hotel is very close to the city centre and the lake , whit in walking distance

A pleasant 3 night stay”
Great position so can walk to most of my favourite restaurants, the city centre and the lake. Check-in and out was straight forward and they will order a samlor for short journeys around town. Breakfast is average - some fresh fruit would be a good addition.

On the virge to become 4-star?”
Can't go wrong with this one: clean rooms, lots of parking space, nice and clean swimmingpool (whirl pool needs some attention), friendly staff though sometimes a little bit obtrusive, nice but tiny restaurant. The only bad thing might be the sewage smell in the bathroom, because of the ridiculously strong fan sucking air from the drains... Would stay there again, if there was any reason to go to this place one more time.

A small budget hotel. Rooms have the basic equiment. Wifi sometimes slow. They offer very basic Thai breakfast and Toast, but for 50 Baht you can get a basic breakfast with eggs and sausage. All in all a good choice if you want a clean room for a small budget. In walking distance to Phalanchai Lake. Good value for your money.

This property look brand new but it is of the most inferior construction and finish. Everything is broken or not working ... very low quality and looks like it will need a total renovation very very soon. First room the water ran onto one's feet ... changed room and there the toilet water was leaking from the toilet itself onto the floor. Electricity fittings fallen off the wall and not one single TV channel of a viewable quality ... Sad
