Memorable proposal and wonderful stay!! ”
A very unforgettable trip I’ve ever experienced in this beautiful villa. Services are way beyond standard and so grateful the staffs helping my proposal so well. Special thanks to the manager Mink, Tee, Gift & Jang for everything, you guys are super kind and polite. My fiancée and I enjoyed the spa and the private beach so much that we just want to stay there to relax for the whole time. Staffs always gave us little surprises and made us feel like very special guest. The flip side is the room probably need some renovation but overall is very clean and neat; as well you need to order taxi to go out but I guess this is how it makes the resort so discreet and private which is good I believe. Housekeeping and room service are prompt and responsive, and the driver is always early to take us to different places within the resort. We would definitely come back for visit in the near future.

Loved everything about our stay! The reception was cleverly placed on the hilltop for a breezy island welcoming, staff were amazing. Our pool Villa room view was spectacular too! With its private beach and snorkelling kayak gears and private pools made our stay very enjoyable!

Stayed for 4D3N. Very good service daily from front reception to restaurant staff. The villa look slightly old (can see signs of wear and tear), but the service make up for it. This place is amazing! Buildings are pretty, well maintained and comfortable! The staffs are well trained and super helpful! The ambience quiet and beautiful especially during sunset time. (The hotel is slightly out of the way from hotspots, about 15 mins driving to Patong beach) The event team help me planned my wedding proposal and they gave 120% in making sure the proposal goes smoothly. The spa here is one of the best you can get too!

We fell in love with Naka 8 years ago when it first opened. We came back and staffs are as usual hospitable and always smiling. This time we spent most of our time in Naka - eating, massage, sleeping and kayaking. We enjoyed it. There used to be a shuttle bus to Patong then but now we have to take a taxi and costs pre-Covid are super expensive. Other than that we love Naka and we hope to be back again some day.

A place to recharge and rejuvenate”
The villa is every bit as spectacular and indulgent as the images you see online. We had an amazing view of the sea and our private pool was luxurious and truly spacious. The rooms were generous with modern decor and fixtures. The villa also features a private beach which is nice, quiet and clean. Service was impeccable - the staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Geographically, the villa is quite tucked away so transportation is a must when getting in and out of places. Though it is a little far from the main food and shopping areas, we didn't mind that at all for the tranquility and serenity that we had. Grabfood and Foodpanda were extremely handy (and affordable) when it comes to food, which means we didn't have travel out much at all to get fed. The only slight gripe we had was the wi-fi was rather unstable and the signal kept dropping out, despite the technicians coming over to fix it several times. If you're looking for a place to fully relax and recharge, The Naka Phuket is your choice.

This location was near Patong beach though, it was very private with own private beach. Perfect for retreat. Service was exceptional. I would recommend to stay at this hotel instead of going out to island because hotel also had touring service that could pick up at the hotel to diving trip. I definitely go back every year.
