The hotel is old but has complete facilities. I was initially given a room facing the parking lot, but after a request, I got a room facing the swimming pool for 2 rooms. Maybe because it's holiday season, there were times during breakfast when there were no available seats and many food items were already gone, but I still managed to get a few variations, fortunately, there were many food choices so I didn't end up not eating. The cleanliness of the room is quite good, but since the hotel is old, the decor is somewhat old-fashioned but still okay. I would recommend it for a vacation with parents or family.

Yes.. staying here for the first time and not the last. Choosing to stay here was spontaneous. Coming home from work without a plan, I packed for a holiday to Bandung. When I arrived at the rest area while having dinner, I thought of looking for a hotel. After checking the hotel reviews on Agoda, the choice fell to The Jayakarta Suite Bandung. Unfortunately, due to the spontaneity, I ran out of the room I wanted. 1 room for 4 adults and 1 child. I ended up choosing 2 standard rooms. I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, and the security at the front promptly directed me to the lobby. Upon reaching the lobby, the staff helped unload my luggage. The check-in process was quick, with the receptionist still serving with a smile and efficiently despite it being late at night. During my 2-day stay there, I returned home, and not a single hotel staff member was unfriendly. Everyone always wore a smile. The breakfast was very varied, with several menus changing the next day, but still delicious to eat. Especially during breakfast on Sunday morning, there was a special room opened for breakfast with a large screen showing children's movies. The swimming pool was also quite safe for children, the water was clean enough, and there were several toys around the pool area to help develop children's motor skills. The room was quite spacious, with adequate lighting, and a bathtub that could be opened to the window, allowing me to watch the children play in the water in the room without difficulty. Overall, the staff, room, food, facilities, everything was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Oh yes, the downside was the TV, which was an old model, so the screen had a bit of distortion, and the cable TV channels were not too many. This hotel is a legendary hotel that is very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The building is very grand, with ample parking. The hotel lobby is spacious and the front office service is very quick. The staff are friendly. The hotel rooms are large, with well-maintained furnishings and facilities. The bathroom is clean and has a bathtub complete with amenities and a hair dryer. Coffee, tea, mineral water, and an electric kettle are available in the room, and the air conditioning is very cold, with sufficient lighting; everything is very comfortable. What I like most about this hotel is the breakfast menu, which is very complete with a variety of options including chicken porridge, sweet porridge, as well as lontong soto, lontong kari, lontong lodeh, red rice, fried rice, and various dessert menus such as pudding, pukis pancake, popcorn, sweet bread, and much more. The swimming pool is quite large, also equipped with a children's pool and sand at the edge of the pool, giving a beach-like feel because of the many coconut trees in the swimming pool area. Overall, this hotel, although the building is old, is amazing and worth the price. Next time, I will stay at Jayakarta Hotel again. Thank you.

Impressions upon arriving at the hotel: I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon close to check-in time. Upon reaching the hotel location, the parking space was very spacious, and it was still quiet. Walking into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by the staff and directed to the receptionist. I booked 3 standard rooms for my large family and received a free upgrade for 2 rooms to executive type for a 2-night stay. After completing the check-in process, upon reaching the room, my first impression of the executive room type was that it was very spacious and very clean, cool enough for the kids to run around inside. I did not expect the upgraded room to be this large, and even the standard room was still spacious and we were very satisfied with the room facilities. 2. Facilities: The best feature is the swimming pool, which is very large. There is a pool for children and adults, as well as a heated pool. I was very satisfied swimming here. 3. Breakfast Menu: There is a wide variety... The food is delicious overall. 4. Service: Upon my first visit here, I was greeted by the hotel staff all the way to the receptionist. During the 2-night stay, all of the staff were very friendly, always attentive and greeting guests. I give 4 thumbs up for the service. Shortcomings / Areas that might need improvement: - The shower room/male bathroom by the pool needs improvement and repair because one of the showers was leaking and could not be used. - There should be an enhancement in maintaining the cleanliness of the swimming pool, as for the 2 days I swam, the water in the adult area often looked dirty, with many twigs and tree debris in the water that was bothersome while swimming. I asked the pool staff and was informed that it is always cleaned; however, it still remained dirty. Cleaning and filtering should be done every morning to keep the pool clean. Overall, it was very enjoyable to stay here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
