Too Humble to Call themselves a Boutique Hotel”
Panorama View Room Highly recommended for honeymoon or rekindle the passion in marriage. Both the sleeping area and the bathroom (see the tub) have floor-to-ceiling windows thus the great city views. Dining at Bangkok Heightz Made booking a day before, on arrival was told not in the list (Suggest to hotel maintain proper booking log). Luckily, still got table by the window. Gave the Manager a subtle hint. Later came the complimentary birthday cake accompanied by birthday song sang by the waiting staff and the pretty lady singer. Many thanks to the restaurant for this arrangement. Wife was very happy which made me even happier. Food (Thai food) was tasty and the presentation worthy of fine-dining standard, wonderful live entertainment by duet singers, great view from atop, attentive service by its staff. The price was absolutely reasonable for the “quality” ambience of the restaurant. Not forgetting the “home-made” Thai style chili sauce by the restaurant, which I asked for, was really “street food” in terms of spiciness. Housekeeping Good job in keeping our room clean. We went back to hotel one late evening, circa 5PM, but the room still in the midst of being cleaned. (Perhaps hotel to communicate with guest on preferred time for house keeping?) VAT Hotel should inform guest on how to claim VAT, we were denied the refund as the VAT office told us for refund, the receipt must be accompanied by a yellow form verified by the shop/restaurant/etc. Breakfast Decent selection at 35 th floor. Lifts/Elevators Of which the hotel needs to pay close attention to. Two were running smoothly during our stay and not much of an issue. Expect longer period when heavily in demand. Hot water for standing shower and tub Pressure was good so does the temperature. TV functional but hotel didn’t set up the little TV box, rectified on the same day. The corridor tastefully decorated. The roof-top pool is just fine unless you are an Olympic swimmer. Location: Short walk to Asok

Excellent hotel in a great location”
We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it has everything you could possibly need. The connecting room was ideal for our two young girls, they each had their own beds and private room/bathroom. The view from our rooms on the 23rd floor was amazing, you can see some beautiful sunsets over the city and watch the world go by. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Most importantly the beds were very soft and comfortable, we all had a great sleep. There were two types of pillows to suit different tastes. Bed linen was soft. Blackout curtains were ideal. Nice hot shower and combined overhead shower. A decent selection of TV channels, fast internet access, soft lighting, dressing gowns, safe, toiletries and everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was good and there is a great view of the city from the breakfast dining room. The waiting staff were very polite and always on hand. The infinite swimming pool was great and again more amazing views of the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a minutes walk around the corner you will find the MRT station and BTS is about 3 minutes walk. Terminal 21 is just across the road and there are some great restaurants in the area namely 'May Veggie Home' for great Vegan food and 'Prime Burger' for the best Vegan or meat burgers. There are some great restaurants in Terminal 21 too. The girl on reception was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Best Boutique Hotel in the Best Location”
Absolute pleasure staying at the Continent for my time in Bangkok. Rooms were very modern, clean, and had great views of the city. The roof top bar and restaurants were top notch. Breakfast is definately worth it and location is probably the best. The only issue is that I flew in and arrived to the hotel at 1 pm and was told to wait in the lobby until the 2 pm check in. May not work for very busy business travelers.

Easy access to mrt and bts, close to Terminal 21…friendly staffs, Good pizza restaurant nearby. Breakfast could be better; very limited choices for breakfast… I was able to get a deal for $5 so I didn’t really care much. Some websites would charge like $24 on top of the room price. It would be a big ‘No’ for me. The room is nice and clean, few things need to be fixed like Tv programs but they were on top of it and got it fixed rightaway. Overall, it’s a great place to stay while visiting bkk… would totally recommended…

Have stayed a number of times and always an enjoyable stay. Staff are friendly, prime location and the views from the rooms and particularly the rooftop pool and bar are a plus. Also guest friendly.

Location Location Location ”
I choose this Hotel for Many reasons. 1st is Location which is less than 100 meters to Both the Asok MRT and BTS stations with a Handicap Lift. 2nd, The Staff does a Wonderful job in accommodating my needs and is always very Professional and Respectful. 3rd is the Breakfast Buffet which I enjoy with the Sunrise and return before closing to eat after a warm shower but watch out for the Coffee as sometimes it's a little Strong so I ask for the Larger cups which are very few. I would also like to add that they have a few floors for Cigarette Smoker's and my room has never smelled like Cigarettes when I check in or after room service and a added reason for this hotel being a cigarette smoker myself and have a few Disabilities which not having to go all the way out of the Hotel makes a Big Difference. As I just mentioned that I am Disabled and they treat me with Respect and Kindness especially assisting me with my needs. I should have my own room by now since I stay a few days every few months when in Bangkok these past 5 years. For myself the Location is Key with Entertainment and Restaurants near By with a few being 24 hours including a Subway which I don't have in Chiang Rai so I enjoy while staying here which is all of a 3 4 minute walk from the hotel as actually that street has 3 24hr Restaurants all within 100 meters or so 7 - 11 also.

Amazing for our anniversary”
My wife and I came to this hotel for our anniversary. The team there made our stay extra special!! They wrote cute messages on the mirrors, made ballons, lights and brought us a small anniversary cake. It was magic! Besides this, the room was impeccably clean and spacious. The views from were spectacular and the staff were very professional and welcoming. They ordered us meter taxis and advised great locations to visit. We ate at the restaurant there and were both impressed by the food. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extra special and luxury hotel.

This hotel is unique in that on every floor there are only 7 rooms per floor with a theme of a country/continent (hence the name). Room was small but comfortable. Nice showers and toilet, great view, lots of dining and drinking options upstairs with excellent views too! The only thing that I didn’t really like was how low the beds were and they were a bit too soft for my liking, and thin walls. But the linens were comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious with an omelette bar, fresh coffee, waffles and selection of other food items that were changed everyday. I think it’s a good couples hotel, sexy vibes, not really for families but could be great too. The pool was not pretty because the tiles were turning green and the water looked a little murky. They need to update it. It was great for tanning and the views. Gym was small but useful equipment. Location was unbeatable! Right near Asok BTS station, and a short walk to Terminal 21 mall. Right outside was a restaurant called indulge (not part of the hotel) which was also very yummy. Overall, delightful stay and will stay here again in the future!

All staffs provided me the best service”
I urgently stay there for 1 night. So, I did not bring mobile phone charger with me. At the Axis restaurant, they have power bank for me to charge. Another situation, I'm a person who drink water a lot. So, I ask staffs to bring me more water. The maid give 2 bottles of water to me quickly. Really impressive.

Luxury at its best”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during the height of the Omicron Covid-19 variant. We got to checked in before the stated checked-in time. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed sleeping on the bed, the best sleep I have ever had. We like the amenities, although we didn't get the chance to use them. The restaurant on the 38th Floor is very cozy and romantic overlooking the city. It has a cute swimming pool and a bar. The only downside to this hotel is the TV/cable system. The channels provided on the list did not match up on the channels, and it sometimes freeze. Wifi did not need a password, you can automatically join. Overall, it was a relaxing place to be, very close to Terminal 21 and the Korean Town. Lots of things to do as it is very accessible to the BTS (metro station).

This hotel was amazing! The staff were so welcoming and professional, we had lunch at the restaurant that had stunning views. Be mindful that the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING to the room next to you. This was the only downfall. The staff were amazing though, notified them to be quiet and when they didn’t, the hotel accommodated us by moving us to another room.

The hotel has a very good staff and service. The rooms are very nice, especially the view and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant or bar on the top floor. The hotel is very central and you are quickly at the nearest skytrain or metro. Of course, you can also ask for a taxi at the reception. I will book again.

airport transfer arrangement is required a minimum of 7 days in advance. And you can get the taxi-meter in front of the airport on 1st floor. It takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour depending on the traffic and the taxi cost is about 400-500 baht, depending on the traffic as well. If near to station, the sound from mrt may disturbing your sleep as well, so choose it wisely. thanks.

Satisfaction in Hotel Services”
I'm satisfied with this hotel. All staff is very nice especially a guy who bring me and a friend to the room and the staff at rooftop name Mr.Kan. Moreover, 3 mins walk from the BTS and the location of the hotel is very nice where close to shopping mall and public transportation and park. The pool is awesome with city view. Recommended :)

Injust saw on tiktok that hotels in thailand had a very firm bed and I have experienced it myself when I transferred to a budget hotel. For this hotel, I had a reallt good sleep because they had a really nice bed. The breakfast was also great. Location was near the train station. the only downside is that I thought I booked a room with a bathtub but it turns out there was not.
