“Great Value for money”
This is a perfect stay if you like amenities such as a sauna, swimming pool and gym. Room is decently sized but can small for two. Cleaning staff woke me up a few times during the morning to ask for my check out time which i thought should be 11am. The room can get quite warm and I don't believe there is AC in every room. Overall still a great stay but could be improved on those points.

“Very disappointed ”
We arrived at the accommodation rushing to an event and checked in and were told that our room was ready. Upon entering the room it wasn't ready. The bed wasn't done and shower room wasn't cleaned either. We let the reception team know and they said they would prioritise the room since we were here already, We left as we were attending an event so expected by the time we were back the room would be clean. Low and behold it was still the same state how disappointing expecially when you want to get to your room and rest. Got allocated another room but it was too warm and no fan in room and noisy from the busy DLR next to accommodation no fault of premises so never again.

“Great aparthotel ”
Comfortable and clean accommodation where you have basic cooking facilities so can self cater. Good transport links as the DLR with connections to the Tube is 3 mins away. Restaurants & supermarkets in walking distance. Was a repeat visit would stay again

“Fabulous hotel, will definitely return!”
Had a fabulous stay here, the hotel was lovely and exceptionally clean. The reception area was extremely pleasing on the eye and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble....room request, extra supplies for the room, directions etc, no problemo whatsoever!! The pool area is stunning and the bar on the 20th floor next to the pool area had the most fantastic views in the evening. It felt like we were in New York! The prices were good too in the bar...it only costs £8 for a cocktail, which I couldn't believe. The studio room was quite small but it was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you could need (iron/ironing board/hairdryer etc) and there was ample room for my daughter and I. It was also easy to find being only a 1/2 minute walk from cross harbour DLR station (a couple of stops from the main Canary Wharf station). There was a Tesco express and a Co-op very close buy plus a nice Indian and also a Chinese restaurant and also a Jazz bar. I would also recommend the George pub just near cross harbour station....the conservatory and beer garden were lovely and cosy and the food was devine! We are definitely going to return in the summer. Thank you for looking after us so well....see you again soon! Siobhan & Adrienne

“Met expectations!”
Booked a single room, smaller than I thought however worth the price for one night. Booking through Agoda was super easy and the front desk staff were able to check us in immediately. For a hotel based in London it was very clean. Easy to connect your device laptop or phone to the TV in the room to Chromecast any shows or movies. Great for a short stay. Note, room doesn’t came with any plates or cutlery so you may need to ask for that when ordering food. Toilet/bathroom is very tiny in the single room. Downstairs lobby/reception area is super cosy and comfortable. Not a very busy hotel for this time of year (October 2024) and I quite enjoyed my stay. We had to check out early because of reasons and the Front Desk staff were very easygoing and friendly. Thank you and I will be coming back.
