Classy hotel right in Pratunam shopping district”
So close to Pratunam markets. Great for bargain shopping with an endless range of fashion clothing, jewellery and handbags. Night markets stalls surround Berkeley each night as well. Neon (Talad) markets no longer operating next door to Berkley, but still a great vibe in this part of town with lots of street food stalls. Hotel is very clean and has many impressive vantage points for photos of city lights. Two impressive pool areas that are impeccably presented and beautifully maintained. Live entertainment at the Oak bar most nights with well priced cocktails and meals. So can still have a fun time on stormy nights when all the rooftop bars and markets are rained out. Room service is prompt with great range of local and European meals. Have stayed in the main tower and north tower. Both buildings have separate pools , but prefer the main tower close to breakfast and reception area. Overall Berkley Pratunam provides 5 star quality in service, amenities and cuisine, but still represents excellent value for money.

Great location & comfort!”
The Berkeley is just next to Pladdin Mall & very near to Platinum Mall. Few minutes walk to famous chicken rice stall & about 6mins walk to Pratunam Market (morning & night). 10-15mins away is Central World. There is McDonald's, Starbucks & 7-11 jus next to hotel. During the nights there is also stalls setup for mini night market walk. After passing by Indy night market, also next to hotel , there is a good stretch of massage shops. Great place to relax after all the shopping around hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly. Check in and check out were fast and hassle free. Do note that there is a 1k baht deposit needed upon checking in. They have luggage deposit area too for before check in and after check out. Nice swimming pool view and a good lounge & bar area. Never visit the gym thou. I've got the luxury room. Good size with bathtub, settee and a lot of walking space. Bedding was cleaned and bed is comfortable. Overall, it's worth the money for comfort and location.

We have stayed at the Berkeley Hotel many times and each time, we've been very happy and have enjoyed our stay. All staff are professional and helpful. The location is excellent as you can walk to nearby malls and it's close enough to public transport if you don't want to use taxis or grab/bolt/inDriver etc. The buffet breakfast is the main reason we keep coming back along with the excellent layout of the rooms. With breakfast, there's a lot of Thai/International selection with enough changes to the offerings daily to keep things interesting. The hotel is superb and we can't fault it. We will be back again for sure.

Excellent hotel in Bangkok”
The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam is an excellent option, especially if shopping is a priority for you. The property is close to public transportation, markets, shopping malls (it is actually connected to one mall), and restaurants. Our room had amazing views of the city and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with tons of options. The property also has a gym and a beautiful rooftop pool area. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. It may be a bit pricey, but well worth it! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Spacious room in perfect location!”
We opted for the Premier Family room which came with a king size bed and a super single. The floor space was crazy amazing and perfect for all the shopping! There is a night market right downstairs and everything is pretty nearby to walk. In the morning there are some street vendors for breakfast which sell yummy local food. Road crossing can be a little tricky if you have kids but it also depends where you want to head to. Staff are really helpful and speak good English. The concierge is a delight too. It can be a little jammed on the way to the hotel but it is manageable. Palladium mall itself is pretty quiet currently (Dec 2022) as many shops are closed. Platinum Mall isn't far away and that's still very much happening! There are also halal foodstalls around the area. The Pratunam market is really nearby and on a working day, it is super bustling with life. (We only discovered this on our final day because we came on a public holiday). We didn't take the breakfast at the hotel or use the amenities, so I really can't comment. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is spacious, the hairdryer is good. There is a fridge too but no iron in the room (if this is important to you)

Must stay in this hotel, won't regret”
We booked the deluxe triple room, 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room is spacious and nice. Night Duty manager, Cindy, was very helpful and had made our stay comfortable. The only area for improvement was the curtain can't closed properly, the morning sun will wake you up at six. Suggest to cover the edges such as using blackout stickers to cover the edge of the window panel. The location is excellent too, 5 mins walk to the platimum fashion mall, 10 mins walk to the Big C. Many local food and stalls just opposite of the hotel. 7-11 just next to the hotel.

Best in Bangkok”
Berkley is conveniently placed in between all the shopping hustle bustle of Bangkok, including Platinum mall across the road, Indira and Prathunam market behind it and night market on Berkley steps itself. I didn’t take a taxi once to any shopping district because everything was right around the corner literally. The only hotel which gives it competition is Amari or else Berkley is super and arguably the best. The only downside is the buffet breakfast. Probably catering to 700 plus rooms isn’t an easy task hence we didn’t pay much heed to it but the breakfast is disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend Berkeley’s to everyone. Especially the main tower where we had a huge window. Special thanks to Puspa on the front desk and the cleaning ladies on our room at the 20th floor.

You feel good when you arrived at the lobby. It has a nice pool at the 11 floor. A good lounge with band on same floor. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Lots of variety. About 12 mins walk to Airport Rail Link station. Very near to major shopping areas and Big C,Central World, Platinum Mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Location was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Room service was prompt when requested to clean a wet carpet. Staffs were always wearing a friendly smiling face whenever you saw them. Courteous and ready to help. Breakfast menu changed every day. Food was nice and delicious. Overall, a value for money 5 star hotel . Will stay again in my next visit to this smiling city...

I found the staff very friendly and always aiming to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The travel service team were knowledgeable and helpful assisting us arrange our touring trips , very good to deal with. The room was clean and the bed comfortable too. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of different meals available to suit everyone. We loved the rooftop pool offering great city views. It would have been good if the pool opened until 8 or 9 pm. so you could enjoy a swim later in the day too. Very convenient central location to enjoy what Bangkok has to offer. I will look forward to staying at the Berkeley again.

Clean & convenient location”
Hotel and the spacious room is clean (very important to me!). Location is good if you are exploring around this area. There’s shoppings, eateries, 7-11 all around the hotel. The unblocked views from the room we were in is great, overseeing 3 directions. We see sun rising in the morning and the moon in the night. Love!

4D 3N Stay ”
Few years since i last traveled to bangkok, and as always i choose this hotel, firstly i reached pretty early and was given a room upon arriving. Thumbs up for that. the room was spacious and clean, just starting to age a little, bed was comfortable, aircon is working well, staff was all very polite and very friendly & nice. Breakfast spread is reasonable, Location wise, 5mins walk to pratunam market, platinum mall, 5mins walk to central world and big c supermarket. 10 mins walk to the airport rail link. Pretty convenient. I had a late flight and decided to extend my check out to 6pm and paid 1000thb for that. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and will come back again. Thanks The Berkeley Hotel for the great hospitality.

Centralized Location with perfect food all around”
Very near to Big C and Centralworld which is perfect for shopping. Recommend to walk instead of taking transport to nearby shopping centres as the jams are crazy around that area. Most importantly, there are lots of food around and the famous Go-Ang Pratunam chicken rice is only just opposite the hotel! I booked the hotel using agoda discount and is super worth it as the rooms are big and clean. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel!

Excellent Location”
The hotel is located in the prime shopping area of Bangkok. Also it is within distance of Madame Taussads and the underwater aquarium as well as so many other places of interest. The pier is just across the road and the train station is a few minutes away. Very convenient and easy. Not to mention the facilities provided. They are really good and we enjoyed our stay.
