Stayed for 4 nights. They gave us a connecting room . Which was great . However the only clean 1 side of the room and left the other one untouched . Which got me thinking why . The breakfast was ok . But the location was great !

Located close to a market and the beach. Clean hotel, friendly staff. The only thing that was not up to standard was the breakfast. Not a great selection of food compared to other hotels in phuket.

I would recommend this hotel to others. Staff were amazing, rooms were nice and clean and good location. The Wi-Fi however, was slow and weak, so connection was an issue. There was a good selection of meals and promotions.

Con's We’re booked for three rooms, arrived around 12. Didn't requested for early check in because we dont want to pay extra. But then hotel gave us 1 room first around 1pm but the other 2 rooms on 4pm. On the day we check out, we requested for late checkout at least an hour because they the one who allowed other customer before us checking out so late and make us waited around 2 hours, but they deny our requested. And keep on telling us they already gave us 1 room early. The point is, we booked for 3 rooms originally and the other two was given to us 2 hours late. How is that even consideration?!! Its freaking 2 hours! Pros Good accommodation for the price, good breakfast, nearby malin plaza has plenty of street food and halal food option. 10-15min to patong beach by walk. Hotel has free shuttle service to beach, bangla street, and jungceylon mall.

Bed was awful felt like sleeping on springs and not to mention bugs.Asked to have the mattress replaced which was done but the new one was as bad.The swimming pool’s water did not look clean so I did not try. In overall the hotel had a dirty feeling.left the hotel after 2 days instead of 4.

The nice pictures, that we've seen at first when we've gathered info's about ASHLEE Plaza hotel and the picture that we saw upon arrival @ the hotel, differ quite a bit, because the advertising pictures were taken probably right after the hotel was opened years ago (was it 2007? I might be heavily mistaken here). The rooftop pool in house 3 (there are 4 separate buildings that make up Ashlee Plaza hotel), where we stay'd in, was closed (permanently probably) and the sign on the glass door leading to the pool kindly asked us to go to rooftop pools in building 1 or 2. The first room on 2nd floor of building 3 that we were given initially had a really unpleasant smell when you entered the room. So we went to reception and asked to talk to the manager Jack, complaining about the room and about the fact, that the room and facilities (lack of our "own" pool in our building and the gym being in a much worse condition than seen on the pictures) are not quite on that level that we expected when we decided to make reservation (for 19 nights) - on the pictures and judging by the "stars" (4) and thumbs-up-reviews, the hotel looked much more promising than the room that we were given to. Jack was understanding, friendly and helpful, spoke more fluent English (with a strong Thai accent, though, so about 80% of the meaning of his speech was not understandable) than the ones in the reception. He came with us to building 3 and showed a alternative room on 5th floor (room number 3517), which had neutral, odorless air inside, was maybe a bit bigger and less worn out. Jack was trying to explain, that the 4 stars given to the hotel at agoda.com is not hotel's choice but apparently agoda's own initiative and we should ask agoda directly to change their Ashlee Plaza Hotel rating to 3-star instead of 4-star. We got rooms changed (and felt bad for them, who had to take this room after we left) and were happy with the new room on 5th floor. During our long stay it was cleaned by housekee

We had a very pleasant stay here at The Ashlee Plaza! The rooms were brilliant- super comfy beds, fresh towels and rooms cleaned everyday! The lady even arranged all of our shoes neatly for us everyday!! Good location for the night market - great for shopping and eating (would recommend Nickys Bar) Taxi only cost us 200THB to the beach front. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the beach 4 times a day! The gentleman on the “tours and excursions” desk was fantastic! He helped us with taxis and booking a day trip to James Bond Island. He was very friendly and spoke very good English too. Bad points - More sun loungers needed up at the pool. There didn’t seem to be a lot of people working at the bar in the evenings. One night we waited around 10 minutes to get a drink for happy hour but nobody came. WiFi was a bit poor in our room (middle of corridor) Overall, fantastic stay here! Would highly recommend to friends!!

We had a fantastic time at the Citin Plaza Patong Hotel. The staff were lovely and service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the Citin Plaza Patong Hotel garden. The hotel has a rooftop pool and adequate gym. The hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to the Patong beach and shops and a very short walk from the Malin markets. Transfers to Ceylon shopping centre and Patong beach are offered free several times a day. Organising transfers from the airport was easy. I found Citin Plaza Patong very efficient, trustworthy, approachable, helpful, welcoming, and relaxing. I would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Good value vacation”
The hotel might be quiet small but the room is huge and clean. The hotel is nearby some of the highlights of Phuket like Night food market (Malin Plaza) wherein you can enjoy affordable thailand foods. Patong Beach is walk away but the hotel will give you the comfort to go there with their free shuttle with specific timing of drop off and pick up. I enjoy their breakfast because you can choose on different variety whether you are a heavy or light eater in the morning. Overall, the hotel is recommendable.

A hotel with your money's worth”
Our stay in this hotel is great. My friends and I had fun in the swimming pool and we even requested our breakfast to be served there at the poolside. It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, with refrigerator and LCD TV and deposit safe. We got 3 rooms with their promo and it's worth our money. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to Patong beach and they have free shuttle going to shopping mall Jungceylon. I would also commend their friendly staff who helped us coordinate with our travel agency to change our itinerary. They also have a spa but we didn't tried it. They have spa packages and looks really nice and relaxing to do.

Enjoyable Stay at Conveniently Located Hotel”
Citin Plaza Hotel is conveniently located off Patong Beach Rd. Only 15-minute walk to Bang La. Hotel features spacious swimming pools situated atop all 4 buildings. However, only 2 pools were usable during time of stay. Staff were extremely friendly and were exceptionally accommodating. If ever staying in Phuket again, will consider coming back to this hotel.

at the first i booked citin plaza patong phuket due to under renovation so i been upgraded to citrus heights patong 2 bedrooms suites. the location was in center of patong walk about 10mit to phuket junction and motor rent shop.we rent a motor at cheap rent for 24hour - and yet we got extra 3 hours for free , we ride around to patong beach, night club,super enjoyable.in phuket a short distance by taxi is super expensive better rent a motor.i love the hotel omelet.1 of the disappointed is the first day i check in at 12.30am i request for later check out at 3pm is not allowed, so upset for the front desk staff answering us by so unconcerned. overall we have pleased stay!
