• ・Rollaway/extra beds and Cribs (infant beds) are not available.
  
  ・Kyoto city accommodation tax:
  According to local tax regulation effective from October 1, 2018, the accommodation tax will be charged separately as below at the time of check-in (per person per night).
  Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
  Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
  
  ・Guests must pre-book breakfast by 4:00 PM on their check-in date to receive breakfast service the next day.
  ・Free parking is available for up to 3 cars which are first-come, first-served at the time of arrival.
  Reservations are not accepted. There are several public parking near Sunrise Suites, for up to 1,000 JPY/day. Please note that we will not cover the parking fee.
• As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 
  
  【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
  For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
  For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
  For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  
  
  【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
  For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
  For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
  For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
  For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
  For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   
  
  For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
  Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
