I was first here in 2019 for a work conference and decided to return. Price was good on Agoda, better than the competition Booking, Expedia. First time here was for one night, had a small double room which was cramped but typical London style. The neighborhood was ok with some transients, homeless beggers, shady characters late at night, pretty central to Soho and 20 minutes walk from Covent Garden. The Tottenham Court Road Station tube is right there with access to many major lines so that's a huge bonus, less transfers underground. This time I stayed for two days and was upgraded from the urban double to the premium double room which was quite significant change. The room was definitely larger and more spacious with a double bed and twin bed in the room, could sleep 3 comfortably. Small window which opens 1/4 of the way and had wall unit air conditioning. There was some hotel construction so in the morning I heard vibrations and slight buzzing sounds from within the property which is manageable with ear plugs. I received the complimentary breakfast located on the second floor from the lobby area which was a decent selection of eggs, bacon, turkey, salad, beans, coffee etc. overall it's a good value and the staff were friendly and accommodating as it's a family owned business not affiliated with the major hotel brands.
This place is excellent. Great value for money he rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic easy to get places highly recommend
When arriving at the hotel the staff were lovely and the hotel looks fab the location is excellent however when we got to our room later on that night it was very dated the beds small and moved around when sitting on it we had twin beds as was with a friend to see the sights of London , there was no phone sockets near the bed and only 2 sockets in the room by the wardrobe it was very hot in the room but too noisy to open the window , no air con and in the bathroom the ledge under the mirror was loose and the shower had no power ,and the sides of the shower door looked like it had been out in badly ,the shower head doesn’t really move either , the tv on the wall looked like a dot but it worked so that was ok , only 1 pillow on the bed maybe we could of asked for more but a long walk back to reception wasn’t for us after a long day , The consierge on our last day was fantastic he even went down the street to flag us down a taxi to ‘Houston Texas’ aka euston he is definetly a credit to the hotel thank you so really if you stay don’t stay in a classic room the others may be more updated location is perfect thou and we give 5 stars for that
many many rooms high demand on lift we were waiting everytime 10 to 15 min for the elevator to come. besides that location is perfect and comfortable

“Great location for West end fans”
Stayed at the Hotel on 4 occasions since April. First room was weird - had a pipe vertically from floor to ceiling at end of bed so it was tricky to get past it to get to the bathroom. Second room was a twin that I shared with the lady I was roomed with for my UK tour - it was decent, clean and such and just enough room to fit both our suit cases in it, although she had to close hers and stand it up and open it on her bed when she wanted to access it. 3rd room was a single classic with single bed and had to keep my suitcase under the desk in order to fit in the room, but it had air-conditioning which was nice. On the 4th visit in summer after having travelled around europe, I thought id upgrade myself to a classic double and paid more than the classic single was going for but arrived and the room had no air-conditioning, no fridge, was over the underground so noisy even with ear plugs and couldn't get the blinds to close properly as they were behind the glass. In the morning I asked to be moved and paid an extra £30 to move to a room not above the underground, and with a fridge and air-conditioning for the rest of my stay. Not the best in terms of environmental friendly as whenever I hung towels to reuse them they took them and put fresh sets in their place. Great location walking distance to many attractions and to the theatres.
