This is the best hotel for someone like us who went to Bangkok for slow travel and rest. Facilities are good whereas the gym is my most favorite since it has complete equipment and hygienic. The breakfast is also good. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM so we have slow and good time to eat prior our daily plans. Best among them all, the staffs with special mention to the concierge team. They have provided us goood insights on the tours, even gave us discounts! They also assisted us in our transportation and helped us in booking taxis and airport transfer for special rates. They even recommended us with a spa, Eden that has the best staff also, hotel pick up service, spa services and snack freebies, it was worth all the penny! However, one improvement I need to point out is their housekeeping. For 5d4n of our stay, our pillow cases were not changed hence we can smell how non-hygienic it is. Also, the smell of the room we stayed smells like mold, we asked for room spray at day1, but we always come back after our trip with foul mold/wood smell that is not really pleasant at all.

Hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful always through out our stay at the hotel. However, the walk from the BTS is a little tricky but if you don’t mind a bit of a 7 min walk it’s not too bad. The hotel does need an update as it does look a little worn in but it is still comfortable enough as described, just dated/used in. The crowd of the hotel is a little intense as hotel was filled with guests a lot of the time, some of them were quite rude during our stay there. Lobby area could do better with more seating areas as well. Breakfast at the hotel was rather disappointing, there was a spread but it didn’t taste so good. They could work more on that. Pool area/gym is was good too. The location is centralised which would be a reason to why we would rebook this hotel. Thank you to the staff for a comfortable stay at the hotel.

We booked 3 nights in the Grand suite, for 2 adults & 3 kids under 4. Location: quite pleased with the proximity to places we wanted to visit. They have a shuttle service to Nana & Terminal 21 Plaza which runs every half hour from 10am. There's a 7 eleven / Tops / massage /salon / pharmacy /plenty of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Price: agoda suggested me this room for 5 people. All it came with was a king bed. I would have to pay additional 1500 baht per night for every extra bed, which I thought was unfair considering I was recommended this room for 5 people. Although, you can make do with the chaise lounge and the couch in the living room. Check in: welcoming staff. However at Check in it would have been nice to be informed of all the facilities available! Check in / our time, wifi access. Nothing was mentioned. It could also have been due to the fact that I arrived early and we were able to get the room at 12.30 pm instead of 3pm. So I'd like to give them the benefit of doubt. Pool: there is no kids pool. There is a little area with jacuzzi connected to the bigger pool. The concierge were extremely helpful and very friendly as compared to the check in staff. Stay: the bed was comfy, we asked for extra bedsheets & duvet, which was provided. Overall a comfortable stay especially coming back to our room from the humidity.
