I went with my parents over the weekend and all the staff were very friendly. The room was also bigger than expected and the amenities were well-maintained, making it very comfortable to use. Although we didn't have breakfast, it is known for being cheaper than other places and having delicious food, so we plan to try it next time. The check-out time is also at 12 pm, making it an ideal place for a family trip. The hotel is located right in front of Haeundae Beach, making it a great place for a morning walk, and the price is relatively cheap compared to other 4-star hotels. There is really nothing missing here, and I plan to use it again next time.
Best price sea facing room with 5 star service”
It is my first time in Busan and i had to choose a hotel facing sea. Price was so attractive though its Cherry blossom season i had to choose the sea facing room. It is definitely the best decision i made! Wooden floor, spacious twin bed room and it is just 2 mins walk to the beach! Yes, Gwangalli beach has more shops and restaurants but Haeundae Stilla Stay offers me the peace i need. There is bus stop in front that has buses to airport (45mins) and lotte premium mall. As i only stayed 2 nights and i joined 2 tours, pity i wasnt able to walk around to find out location of the subway and underground malls. Counter girls are extremely helpful and polite. They help you call for cabs and a girl called Chloe even helped me write out in korean words the address of places I intend to visit to show to the cab driver. Most cab drivers don’t speak or understand English. This is service with a heart! (I had bad service with Grand hyatt in JeJu) Already missing the clean soft beach which i had a picnic and watched sunrise and sunset! Thank u Stilla Stay, will definitely book again!

The triple room is spacious and very comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is just across the street from the Haiyun Tai Beach. The room is large and clean, and the self-service breakfast is good. I highly recommend it.

Great Location but…”
The hotel location is great but the hotel targets mostly locals. Reception desk service level was bad especially senior reception staff, Lilly Lee. She said she cannot do anything for me and asked me to return at 3pm for check in as we arrived at 12pm which is fine. We hung out at the cafe for lunch till 220pm. Again I asked if the room was ready, she said come back at 3pm. At 3pm, the checkin queue was building up, she told me I had to take a queue number which only works if you have a local cellphone. At this time, I was getting irritated. She got a queue number of 31 for me. I informed her she should have told me earlier. 20 mins later, she called queue number 33, a Caucasian guy, skipping queue no. 31. Either she has pinkleton syndrome or she did not have the courage to face the customer to fix the problem she caused. I was totally appalled at this stage. A TRAINEE, Anna, helped me resolve the problem. The whole time, Lilly Lee did not have the courage to look up or address the problem. Similarly, a trainee at the cafe had a smile on her face each time we asked a question…the rest of the staff either had no smiles or had blank looks. Room cleaning staff were polite. Long way to go for frontline service staff, otherwise it’s a decent, clean and well maintained hotel.

Mostly Good Experience”
I stayed in the deluxe double room with my wife and was impressed with the quick check in, spacious room, and fantastic location which is near the beach and the subway station. All the staff I dealt with spoke English well and were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the sliding doors/walls around the closet and bathroom as well as the simple and sturdy furniture. It was very quiet and easy to relax in the bathtub or sleep soundly on the comfortable bed. You could also open the windows to let in some sea air. Around the hotel there are lots of places to go and explore. There are also many places to eat or drink but they are also aimed at tourists. The closer you are to the beach, the more you pay for a meal or a drink. There is a very convenience store connected to the hotel building if you need to pick up any snacks or drinks at a good price. I was disappointed that the roof-top pool was closed because it doesn't open until July. Also, the complimentary coffee/tea service in the room was subpar. There were coffee bags that made insipid coffee no matter how little hot water you used. Instead of proper porcelain cups or glass beverage glass, there were disposable paper cups to use. They should spend a little more on those amenities. It is too bad because everything else provided in the room was very good quality. Overall, it was a good deal, and I would certainly go there again with my wife or family for a trip down to Busan.
