I cannot recommend this hotel enough IF you are going to Shanghai Disney. The staff is extremely helpful even though some of them have a lower level of English. Only a 5 minute walk from the subway and1 stop away from DisneyLand. Take the Disney Resort subway line to Kangxin Highway and take exit 2. If I had one small difficulty with this hotel it would be the fact that it is a bit out of the main part of Shanghai, The subway is a good ten minutes walk away and the hotel shuttle bus to the station only runs three or four times a day and has to be booked the day before. Otherwise excellent.

Very pleased with this hotel for a brief transit in Shanghai. It would also be a good choice as a base for exploring Shanghai by metro train, noting that it is about 40 minutes to the city centre. Very patience bus driver and front desk. Plenty of free bus transfer. Include Disney land bus transfer, MRT bus transfer. Bus captain was kind and patience gentlemen. Had a very pleasant stay.

If you want to stay near Shanghai Disney in a high quality hotel but don't want to break the bank, then this one is for you. Room was nice, big and clean. Staff were helpful and booking a shuttle bus was an ease (Disney, train station and airport). Definitely will book again.

this hotel is one of a very nice, clean, luxury hotels in shanghai. its not so far from the airport, but its takes like 1 hour to get into the city by car. by the way, it would be quicker if u knew how to take the subway or sky train. also, they provided airport pick up as well. moreover, there are some department stores, and shopping mall which is not too far....

Apart from the location of the hotel, which is quite far from any amenities, the rest were great! The staff were superb, they were responsive, intuitive, and just simply perfect. Far from central and metro but they have shuttle bus, ask the front counter.

Hotel does not accept international credit cards like VISA or Mastercard. Only UnionPay credit cards and cards issued by banks in China are accepted. Nice comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with basic amenities. Television with clear reception and High Definition channels are available but all channels are in Chinese.

Value for money. Very convenient location, near to subway, carrefour and eating place. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here whilst transiting in Shanghai airport as had a long 13 hour stop over. Free shuttle from Terminal one to the hotel which was great. Room was nice and clean and perfect for a day stop over.

I had read that the staff speak english....turns out they don't really. However, they did have translation apps on their phones and we sorted everything out anyways. They were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was really good, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there.

You'll get a good price at this hotel. But it's noisy, smells like smoke, the bathroom isn't clean, the shower sprayed water all over, and it's a mile away from the subway.

No bath tub despite photo showing it and description also mentioned that there is separate bath tub and shower.

although hotel mention they provide shuttle service, but they just don't answer the phone when i arrive shanghai pu-dong airport. So you had better to prepare budget to take taxi (more than 200 RMB from airport to hotel that airport taxi service counter propose) to find hotel on your own.
