I cannot recommend this hotel enough IF you are going to Shanghai Disney. The staff is extremely helpful even though some of them have a lower level of English. Only a 5 minute walk from the subway and1 stop away from DisneyLand. Take the Disney Resort subway line to Kangxin Highway and take exit 2. You will be able to see the Novotel from the subway station. 4 adults ...

If I had one small difficulty with this hotel it would be the fact that it is a bit out of the main part of Shanghai, The subway is a good ten minutes walk away and the hotel shuttle bus to the station only runs three or four times a day and has to be booked the day before. Otherwise excellent.

Very pleased with this hotel for a brief transit in Shanghai. It would also be a good choice as a base for exploring Shanghai by metro train, noting that it is about 40 minutes to the city centre. The last train back however is about 9pm, so if you plan to be out later than that it is a taxi ride back and about Y200. Hotel breakfast is very minimal. There are no non-sm...

If you want to stay near Shanghai Disney in a high quality hotel but don't want to break the bank, then this one is for you. Room was nice, big and clean. Staff were helpful and booking a shuttle bus was an ease (Disney, train station and airport). Definitely will book again.

Beautiful new hotel. Optimally located if Disney is your goal in shanghai. Free Breakfast was superb. Service was excellent. My four year old thoroughly enjoyed the kids’ playground below the lobby. I would suggest that, during the winter season, the hotel turns on the heater in the room early on the day of guest arrival. Room was 4 degrees in late December and...

the hotel room is very clean....looks like it has just been renovated.... staff is friendly despite of language barrier.... the complimentary breakfast is very good.... will stay again at this hotel if i come back to Shanghai 5 star to this hotel

this hotel is one of a very nice, clean, luxury hotels in shanghai. its not so far from the airport, but its takes like 1 hour to get into the city by car. by the way, it would be quicker if u knew how to take the subway or sky train. also, they provided airport pick up as well. moreover, there are some department stores, and shopping mall which is not too far....

Apart from the location of the hotel, which is quite far from any amenities, the rest were great! The staff were superb, they were responsive, intuitive, and just simply perfect. The food was great too, especially the desserts. On top of that, everything in the hotel is new and well-maintained, including the very nice gym and pool. The hotel exudes luxury in all aspect...

Hotel does not accept international credit cards like VISA or Mastercard. Only UnionPay credit cards and cards issued by banks in China are accepted. Nice comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with basic amenities. Television with clear reception and High Definition channels are available but all channels are in Chinese.

Me and my friend decided to stay at Vienna International Hotel after reading the reviews here on agoda, and we certainly weren't dissappointed. The room we stayed in was very large, the bathroom was really nice, everything was clean and tidy. There was one strange thing about the bathroom, it had a large glass window in the shower looking into the bedroom, the window d...

The hotel is far from city center but the room rate of the hotel is quite high. The whole hotel looks new but the carpet in the room looks old. There was water leakage on the ceiling that is just on top of the TV and there was no action from hotel staff even when we report this issue to them so we have to bear with it the whole night by switching off the TV to prevent ...

Very nice hotel and excellent if visiting Disneyland on a budget. A 10 minute walk from the subway and only 2 stops from the Disney station. Come out of the subway station and turn left, at 2nd set of traffic lights by KFC and McDonalds turn left and go over the river then turn first left and go straight and you arrive at the hotel. Free left luggage and on the way t...

I had read that the staff speak english....turns out they don't really. However, they did have translation apps on their phones and we sorted everything out anyways. They were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was really good, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there.

although hotel mention they provide shuttle service, but they just don't answer the phone when i arrive shanghai pu-dong airport. So you had better to prepare budget to take taxi (more than 200 RMB from airport to hotel that airport taxi service counter propose) to find hotel on your own.

First time staying in a service apartment where I can cook meals. Room is big and clean enough. Many amenities down there, including supermarket, cinema and many eating places. A bit far from major attractions. But value for money. Will consider staying again when budget is limited.
