Hotel with Excellent Location”
Stayed here for the 3rd time and felt that each room had some issues that were not properly addressed. We booked multiple rooms for our group, including room 510. The TV signal was not good, the shower head had a problem, the toilet seat was about to come off, and the bathroom door couldn't be locked. On the other hand, the cleaning service and staff were good and friendly, always asking if we needed anything. But the most disappointing part was during check-in. Our friends were staying on the 5th floor (they checked in on February 27th) while we checked in on March 2nd. We requested to be on the same floor as our friends (we even called Agoda and the hotel admin) and the staff said the 5th floor was fully booked. However, we saw room keys for rooms 510 and 512, which means the floor wasn't full. In the end, we got a room on the 5th floor. Why did the staff lie? Confusing.
"Oceanfront room, clean, and worth the price."”
Booked a room by the beach with a discount, which made it cost just over 900 baht. Got room 4A (highly recommended) and it was lovely - clean, fragrant, and with a great view from the window. There was a table and chairs on the balcony, and the air conditioning worked really well. The TV had clear reception, the water pressure was strong, and the fridge worked fine. There was even a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the wardrobe was spacious with plenty of storage. If you need to hang clothes, it's recommended to bring your own hangers. There were also towels, soap, shampoo, a shower cap, and two bottles of drinking water provided. The bathroom had a large, foldable mirror that could be angled to see your whole body. The hotel had a variety of seafood restaurants to choose from, and a coffee shop on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful, and on the day of departure, we were able to exchange our receipt for a buy-one-get-one-free coffee at the coffee shop (which was a pleasant surprise, as we had read some negative reviews beforehand).

This is where I would stay if going back to Bang Saen for a couple nights. For the price, you can beat the location right by the beach and the main road. You can walk right out and enjoy Bang Saen’s lovely vibe to the fullest. The room was basic and clean with the regular amenities provided. I’ll be back at some point.
It's definitely OK”
2 night stay. Had a sea view room. Room was very clean and bright. Bathroom was ok. Water pressure in shower was not great but adequate. Location was ok on the end of Wonnapha Beach by the warf. Good fitness center 50 meters from hotel and only 100 baht to workout. Local restaurant beachfront dining just beyond that fitness center. Not fancy but I liked it. In Bangsaen you can walk 4 to 5 kilometers along the beaches. At night it is very lively. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. I recommend The Buff House at night. Good food and s great house band. Not many foreigners around and the locals were very nice.
Not the best I'm afaid”
Unfortunately started with a receptionist that was not happy, or at best appeared to be in a bad mood. The room was booked in my name, but my Thai partners I.D. was asked for and my passport was pushed to the side.. Not the best start. The room, was very underfurnished, yes there was a bed, and a sideboard, but no table for the tiny fridge, which was sat on the floor. For my very old bones, this was not the best, I'm afraid. The door lock did not function unless the door was open. But a very flimsy chain was in place, phew, thanks for that. The shower was OK, the basin was big and the water flow in both was good. However, the toilet was, although a nice new one, unable to flush effectively, after a day of traveling, I had to use the toilet, and unfortunately, the flush would not totally remove the deposited item. Despite asking for assistance from the receptionist, nothing was done and so by the end of the 2 day trip, the toilet was blocked, positive about the room was the nice balcony, with a very good sea view. A major flaw is that the key card, turns on/off all of the rooms electrics, including the fridge, not good for insulin users,, so we asked for a second key card, to ensure the electric could be kept on. After huffing and puffing the reception finally allowed us to have this. This hotel is in a good location for the beach, street food, restaurants and beach life but customer service is terrible, the staff need better training, and maybe a little bit of a Thailand, land of smiles, would have gone a long way, and did I mention that there was no room cleaning, on the second day? Nor was any water left, this is the most unacceptable part of this experience. On a side note, I left my Amazon TV stick remote in the room, and despite calling, and emailing, there has been no reply. I do not recommend this hotel, this is not the worst, but certainly not the best.
