    At same cost there are lots of better places”

    The location

    The room was not clean and toilette was really dirty. Also the bed was not changed. With only 50b more I found another hotel near Rratu Tha Phae very clean, with air conditioned and swimming pool. The quality of food is not special. Better to find and external restaurant. The WiFi is not working from rooms and from common areas connection have a lot of problems. During 40 days around Thailand this is the worst place where I slept. BTW The smile and sympathy typical of Thai don't live in Same Same Guest House...
