"Hotel rooms in Japan are usually small but it's packed with everything you need. This type of room is just perfect for people with average height and built. The space to roam around may be limited so you have to be more patient when fixing your luggage abd dressing up. Our booking includes daily breakfast with fair selection of food. They are very strict in time so be sure to be there before the scheduled time ends. You can also walk to Sakae area from the hotel and there are several restaurants and 24/7 stores around the area."

"The hotel has just opened barely 3 weeks when my siblings and I stayed there. It is in a very good location in Sakae area, just a few meters away from Exit 1 of Sakae Station and Don Quijote. The Airport Limousine Bus Terminal in Oasis 21 is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores, malls, shops and parks are located near the hotel. Daily free drinks are offered to its guests from 2:00 to 11:00PM, in the dining area on the 2nd floor. 7-11 and Coco Curry House are conveniently located at the ground floor of the hotel. Some of the front desk staff are not that fluent in English. However, each one tried his/her best in answering our queries. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Nagoya. The hotel is worth sharing to family and frends!"

"Hotel Silk Tree Nagoya is conveniently located between Sakae and Fushimi stations (it's nearer Fushimi station Exit 2). The room is small but clean and complete with everything you may need - even the small bathroom fits a bathtub perfectly. The hotel offers only bread, coffee, and juice for breakfast but it's okay for the price you pay. There are lots of restaurants in Sakae area and a Family Mart is just beside the hotel. The staff are friendly and very eager to help. "

"The reason why I choose this hotel is its location and car park facility. Despite I have clearly mentioned in my hotel booking for a car park reservation, no car park was offered to me as a hotel guest and I had to park in the nearby shopping mall car park. It is very inconvenient that I have to carry all luggage and walk to/from the hotel. Besides, the English language capability is also disappointing. Even simple communication is failed....can't imagine a hotel in a big city!!!"
