      “Exceptional Property”

Located in quiet Shuzenji Onsen, walkable to all the main attractions. Lovely rooms throughout the property, with private Onsen and Onsen water piped directly into the bathroom. Everything works properly and gives out such a sense of luxury and comfort. Meals provided were also exceptional. Staff was extremely welcoming too. Such a memorable and lovely stay!

“Wonderful memories of staying at a hot spring inn - beyond imagination.”

Last week, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we deliberately chose a highly rated hot spring hotel and stayed for two nights. The overall experience left us extremely satisfied; it was truly an unforgettable journey. Firstly, the hotel environment was very clean, and every corner from the lobby to the rooms was well-organized, making us feel very comfortable. The natural scenery near the hotel was breathtaking, surrounded by mountains, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing, allowing our bodies and minds to completely relax. As for dining, the breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were the most surprising part of our stay. Each dish was carefully prepared, not only rich in color, fragrance, and flavor but also incorporated local specialty ingredients. Especially the kaiseki dinner, with its presentation like a piece of art, had an impeccable taste that left us with a lasting impression. Despite the limited English proficiency of the hotel staff, their warm hospitality made up for any language barriers. They always wore smiles and patiently answered our questions, making us feel right at home. What touched us even more was that upon learning we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they specially prepared a small gift and card to convey their heartfelt blessings, such thoughtful service was truly impressive. This stay not only allowed us to relax but also made us feel the warmth of human connection. Whether it was the hotel's environment, the meals, or the service, everything was impeccable. We sincerely believe this is a hot spring hotel worth staying at, and we will definitely return in the future!

      “Exceptional”

I booked 2 nights stay, i think 1 day may be enough and another day can just book other hotel nearby and experience the public onsen. The room come with a private bath tub, i am not sure whether its a onsen. and the resort onsen relatively small and no private room for couple. The food is good, fresh and special, but i personaly dont eat shasime and beef, so the menu might not suit me and no communication on this, i though they will let us choose the menu or some communication during check in. But unfortunately, they are no english speaker. Hope they can have communictaion and understand guest preferences before they serve the dinner menu.

The interior is very cute and cozy, which ironically made it feel calming! I had a great time with my friends! Thank you for the birthday cake as well.
