• The reservation would be released at 03:00 PM local time on the day of arrival if the reservation without credit card for guarantee purpose.
  The property has the rights to sell the room to another customer if needed.
• The release of credit card authorization may take 1 - 3 months, depending on countries, cities and banks.
• Property's room are for accommodation use only and cannot be used as wedding purpose, supplement charge will be applied for such purpose of usage.
  This is a strictly non-smoking property.
• NO SMOKING POLICY:
  Non smoking room only. In compliance with Cap. 371 Smoking (Public Health) ordinance, with effect from 1 January 2007, smoking is banned in the indoor areas of all restaurant premises, indoor workplaces, public indoor places and some public outdoor places.
  Extra charge of HK$3000 will be incurred for smoking in a non-smoking room.
• Group Policy (applied to reservation for more than 5 rooms):
  Accurate guest names for each room must be provided at time of reservation and proof of identity will be required upon check in.
  Total room charge for the entire stay should be prepaid after reservation made.
  Prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice if the above-mentioned cannot be fulfilled by the given deadline.

• In accordance with the guidelines outlined in the draft amendment to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance of 2023, Hong Kong hotels will no longer offer complimentary disposable plastic products to guests. For specific inquiries, please consult the official website of the hotel.
• Hong Kong Government will impose a ban on single-use plastic products with the first stage set to take effect on 22 April, 2024. Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kit and shower cap. To take a further step, we have installed water filters in the rooms to provide high-quality drinking water while reducing the use of plastic bottles. If necessary, please purchase the regulated products from vending machines at the hotel lobby.
• Starting from 1 January 2025, Hong Kong will reinstate the Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) at a rate of 3%, based on the room rate provided by the property.
