Best hotel in Changrai. Room decoration was cute, there is parking space for a car and moterbike. Bathtub is in outside and chill, however, after 12hrs, there was no hot water... but its fine. Breakfast on the bed was amazing. we didnt know breakfast was included... When we go back Changrai, absolutely coming back!!

Stayed for 2 nights. Booked for Standard Room but was upgraded to Deluxe Double Room at no cost by the owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful with a personal touch. The staff is hospitable and sincere. Room size is very large and the bed was comfortable. Everyday cleaning. We were impressed with the resort and pool - we definitely weren't expecting what we got because we paid such a low price. This place is very good value for money!! We had very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and new and all things were working. They are quite generous about their breakfast. One area to be cautious about is the slippery bathroom floors which is due most likely to the type of tiles used. All said it is a good hotel at a fair price, better that I had anticipated. River Rai only has 5 rooms, all facing the river. Not all of staff speak English well, but they go out of the way to satisfy your needs.
