늦은밤 숙소에 도착해 체크인이 어렵긴했어요. (메일확인 필수요) 숙소에 도착해 넘 좋았어요. 위치도 주방 시설도 구조도 넘 감동했어요.

6명 가족여행으로 최고였어요!! 먼저 저는 위치를 가장 중요시 여기는데, 산조역 및 기온시조 역이랑 가깝고 관광지 및 맛집이 주위에 많아 안성맞춤이였습니다. 그리고 레지던스가 일반적으로 4인 기준인데 여긴 6인실이 있고 가격이 착해서 좋았습니다! 간단한 요리 해먹을 수 있는 식기류, 세탁기와 세제 등 모든게 있는 것도 좋았어요. 체크인은 교토역 근처 resi stay사무실에서 하는데, 습니다^^

진짜 좋아요 겉은 작은 빌라인데 안에 들어가면 완전 호텔식 ㅎㅎ 안방하고 침대가 일본 웬만한 호텔보다 아주 넓어요. 냉장고도 큰 옷장도 대 만족. 청결은 나무랄데 없고 화장대도 아주 큰 메리트였습니다. 매일 청소는 안 해주지만 수건 넉넉했습니다. 가격도 적당하고 기온거리는 10분거리였습니다. 조금 맘에 걸렸던건 주차장이 없어 렌트하시는분은 주위 주차장 비싼 요금 내야하구요, 집 구조 자체가 뒤로 긴 구조라 침대에서 화장실까지 동선이 길~ 어요 ㅋㅋ

到京都的時間已經接近飯店下班時間（晚上八點），有即時郵件回覆等幫忙等候至八點半，到了京都車站尋找飯店櫃檯途中，才又收到已經下班叫我們直接去住宿點的通知，到了住宿點，民宿的桌機一直沒辦法撥通值班，試了好多次才成功，請大家要留意一下check in的時間。 除此之外，地點、方便性、乾淨度都相當棒，值得推薦！

地理位置方便, 空間寬敞, 所需備品都有準備, 美中不足的是戶外沒有晾衣桿, 需另外至京都車站附近辦公室辦理報到.

如果你有帶正在吃副食品的孩子，這種有廚房的房子會比飯店更適合。 門禁是正門和房門雙道密碼鎖，出門不用帶鑰匙。 一棟樓有兩層，樓下和樓上是分開的不同出租房。 交通：距離三條車站一號、二號出口，走路三分鐘可到。 設施：廚房、洗烘衣機、保險箱 對我而言，這間有兩個缺點： 一，有一間房間放兩張雙人床，但那雙人床是用兩張小單人床併起來的，所以中間會有一條線，躺起來會很不舒服。 二，住二樓要扛行李，每天也要上下樓，但每格樓梯間距很窄，要很小心走。 這間距離熱鬧的四條祇園大街還是有一點距離，如果要住最熱鬧的地方，可以選他們另外一間，叫做“RESI STAY Gion Shijo”。

Check in at different location but they provided shuttle to the exact location, which quite convenient if you travel to kyoto by train. Hotel was awesome, with Pontocho street building. Spacious and clean, but there a some weird smell coming up from the shower room/washing room.

除了客廳桌椅的清潔/損壞程度需改善外，其他都好滿意，一起身打開窗簾個景好靚，推薦櫻花季去。仲有小小美中不足係要帶喼上上落落。 提提大家住宿地點同check-in地點有一定距離，但會有專車車到去住宿地點
