    “It is a lovely hotel that is also easy to access from major tourist attractions.”

    The staff were all very kind and took care of us throughout our stay, making it very pleasant. The breakfast was the same every day, but we were able to enjoy it. The size of the room was more than adequate, but it was a bit disappointing that the glasses provided were dirty; however, the bed and other aspects were clean, and overall, we were satisfied. The location to tourist attractions is satisfactory, but there are no coin laundries nearby, so those in need of laundry services can either use the laundry service or go to a coin laundry located about 20 minutes away.

    “Was great until check out ”

    Lovely hotel in a great location with a great buffet breakfast. We prepaid for our hotel and checked out with no issues until I checked my credit card later that day and my card had been charged for the hotel room 4 times incorrectly. Upon calling the hotel they apologised and confirmed all charges were by accident and lodged refunds although the refund is still processing (has been 5 days already and I’m still out of pocket almost 5k!) Not sure I would trust staying at a Radisson blu again in the future with their poor credit card management.

    Served its purpose of providing a reasonable two night stay in a good location. Breakfast was good and very attentive service. The room we had was clean but in need of refurbishment. Coffee pods in the room were terrible. Staff were good throughout the stay.
