“Lovely apartment ”
Really lovely apartment, clean tidy, great courtyard space and friendly check in. We booked the apartment as we were visiting friends in Brighton and thought booking an apartment would give us a bit more freedom to invite one or friends over to cook some dinner and enjoy some drinks in the space, not a party by any means. Unfortunately this is strictly prohibited and nobody else is allowed into the hotel and they were rather unceremoniously ordered to leave immediately. I even offered to pay a premium to no avail. What a great shame. Appreciate a hotel might be a bit sniffy about guests but these are apartments which is why we booked. Was considering booking for longer week stays, but not if work friends or mates can’t come over. Maybe the policy should be clearer upon booking. But other than that, great location, amazing space and decor to a high standard. Just maybe needs a rethink on what was a really petty point and petty behaviour which spoiled our night.
