Where to stay in Ottawa City Center
Ottawa City Center hotels & accommodations

Old and outdated , the schedule of the pool isn’t kid friendly when you have a group of kids (15kids - 11-12 yr olds). That want to swim in the middle of the day and it’s not open. Heather front desk was rude and not helpful. Our hockey team will never spend money at this hotel again!

I have stayed at this hotel before because it is quiet, clean and comfortable, but my most recent stay was especially good: I had some special requests and staff went out of their way to accommodate. I travel to Ottawa every month for work and this has become my default hotel.

We stayed in two rooms during our visit. The first room had a strange and segregated layout and the room wasn’t clean. There was even a camisole from the previous guest hanging behind the curtain. The doors were dusty. It was very different from the pictures we saw online and we were disappointed. The second room we stayed was much better. Open space and much cleaner (...

Our room was nice and spacious with a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. Location is perfect with walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants. WiFi is very good. The underground parking is good however expensive. The housekeeping service is high. I really liked the self service laundry facilities. Mattresses and pillows are nice and soft.

Staffs were very nice and kind, location was perfect but I gave 2 starts to cleanliness cuz I got bitten by a bed bug at hotel. I realize that right after I left Ottawa. (For me, bite usually appear 8-12 hours after and I stayed here 2 nights. So I’m pretty sure I got bite here) It’s really painful and I’m still suffering from it. The room looked clean but... I usually...
