    Outstanding room and service”

I’m so impressed by this hotel and its staff! The building is a short walk from Gaiemmae station and is located next to a couple of sports stadiums. Although I was sick during my stay in Tokyo, I was able to watch people play soccer and baseball from my hotel room! The room was compact, but thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the comfortable bedding, high water pressure, separate toilet and shower rooms, and highly customizable lighting options. The building also had its own cafe, family mart, and laundry facilities which made my stay extremely comfortable and convenient. The staff here were also friendly, welcoming, and accommodating since I didn’t speak much Japanese. They helped me send my luggage to my next hotel in Kyoto as well. I also highly recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet since the view over the stadium can’t be beat. I can’t wait to come back to Tokyo and stay here again.

It's a pleasant and nice hotel!”

I had an absolutely wonderful stay :) After deliberating between a hotel 500m in front of Shinjuku Station and this Seinenkan Hotel, I ultimately decided on this place, and it lived up to the reviews. First of all, the room was very clean, and the daily cleaning service was done carefully, which was nice. The reception staff were also very friendly! I booked a double room since there were no spacious rooms available for consecutive nights during my 4-night, 5-day stay, but the layout was well arranged, so it felt spacious for 18 square meters. The bathroom even had a bathtub, so I enjoyed my daily half-body baths (I didn’t use the public bath, so I’m not sure about that). The amenities are almost all provided, except for a hair cap. They provide cleansing oil, gel, and lotion generously. You can pick up as many amenities as you need from the lobby floor. The location is quite nice. There isn’t a station right nearby, but there are several metro stations within 1-1.5km, so I got around well with the Tokyo Pass. I mainly went to Gaienmae Station to use the Ginza Line, and there are many 24-hour convenience stores in that area (the convenience store on the hotel’s first floor closes at 23:30), as well as supermarkets, so I frequented those. For dinner, I went the other way towards the stadium area. There are quite a few hidden gem restaurants that don’t show up on Google Maps, so I’d love to go back again! Anyway, this is my fourth time in Tokyo, and I’ve traveled to Japan more than thirty times, but this hotel offers such great value for money, and I’m really glad to have found a hotel like this in Tokyo. If I come back to Tokyo, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Well priced hotel, if you're in the area for a sports event I'm sure this is a prime location. If you're looking for a location close to shopping you'll be disappointed - a little far from the main parts of Shinjuku or Shibuya to make it a convenient walk. But you can access multiple train stations with an easy walk, so getting around is not an issue. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, the room a decent size for Tokyo. They have a bath house for use on the 10th floor but they told us because we have tattoos we would not be able to use them. This didn't bother us as we weren't interested but just a caution for any fellow tattooed people- it's not a tattoo friendly bathhouse. Overall happy with my stay.

    Nice hotel”

The breakfast (¥2,500 per person) is definitely worth adding! The hotel offers a fast check-in process with 3-4 staff members at the counter, ensuring smooth service. It's a new and clean hotel. The semi-double room is a bit too small for two people, but the deluxe room is spacious and comfortable. While the location is a bit far to walk with luggage, it's still conveniently close to Omotesando, Harajuku, and Shibuya. Overall, great value for money!

    Great stay”

This hotel is better than expected, clean modern, well set out rooms and nice amenities. Onsen is very nice bonus and the hotel is in a nice quiet area. Walk to the train station was close enough and enough in the area to get food etc. only complain is we booked a triple room and the room provided on the 10th floor had no view and did not feel very appealing. We moved to a deluxe room which is on the upper floors and was much nicer. Would definitely recommend a deluxe room over a superior from what we experienced.
