From my first enquiry, the staff at New Square couldn't do enough for me. I have to say, the best front of house team I've ever had. Alessandro was professional and helpful but I dealt with most of the team, they couldn't do enough to make my stay amazing. The hotel is set back off the main road, which is unique for Patong. I am very light sleeper and always an issue. I started off the mountain side, which I still found a little noisy, wouldn't of been an issue to anyone else..(just how I am) but within an hour of me asking if I could switch to the sea view side.. I was moved. The hotel is beautiful, rooms large, great views.. Pool is about the right size, not that I used for much of the time. Just a dip after the beaches. The location is perfect for the Jungyelon center and 1 0mins to Patong beach. The only negative for me was the TV choice in English, it's just the News channels..So take tablet. This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Patong, definitely be back.

New and veeery clean hotel. Nice location, close to shops, dining areas. 10-15 min walk to beach. Pool area boring. Very helpful and friendly staff, but only 4 stars because they were sooo overworked and understaffed. I hope they hire more people!

Very sweet professional staff,clean rooms.Room view is not great.5 star staff at the reception I mean all star..Apple you are very sweet thank you for all the help.In front of hotel campus I rented bike and tour packages where very good.Puma the owner was nice and warm.Had a great stay

Very good value for money”
The rooms are spacious enough for 2 tourists. Furniture and fixtures are almost brand new. It is a relatively quiet location even though only a few hundred meters away from the city center of Patong. In the morning there was hardly any warm shower water in the 7th floor. The tv channels are only in Thai. Maybe because the hotel is not so popular yet, we had a nice quiet stay there and will definitely return.

Travelling on a low season we can't expect much. The price we have paid come with a big balcony(pro for smoker) and the entire hotel is so empty, as if we booked the whole building. We never get the pool as is raining.

The cleaning lady , Wesa was awesome. The problem was there wasn’t enough cleaning staff so my room wasn’t cleaned until after 18:00 For a big hotel there needs to be more than 5 chairs around the pool area for guests

Clean place”
The room was very clean but the halls are a bit noisy at night because the doors bang when they close. The facilities are nice; there's a small gym and pool but they close at 8pm.

Modern hotel close to Jungceylon shopping mall”
Due to Coronavirus we were almost the only guests. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious, the location is quiet. The restaurant was closed and therefore we had to take breakfast in a nearby cafe: every day exactly the same American breakfast. The Swimming pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the pictures. When we were there, there were neither deck chairs nor parasols.

Fussy staff and bad buffet breakfast”
Staff are extremely fussy about items in the room (hotel policy) to the point of being irritating as they don't search for things properly. Buffet breakfast is horrendous in quality and quantity (please skip it).

Power cuts off 15mins before checkout ”
The retardation of the power being cut off is next level. Checkout is at 12pm and the power cuts off at 11:45am. Not sure the manager and owner has had this logic thought out properly. Let me use this opportunity to explain how stupid you are! You rob your customers of 15mins of their stay. Patong is a very hot place all year round and without Aircon inside would be agonising. especially when you are packing! The bathroom is without lights and you'd have to pee or shower in the dark.
