"I must say the reception staff where excellent. Very friendly and always had a smile when you approached them. BUT. They need to fire the cleaning staff. Our bed was made one day by pulling up the duvet never fixing the sheets . They where hanging off the bed. Used coffee cups left on the dresser. We asked for glasses in the room and they never washed them. Had a problem with TV remote and asked cleaning staff to fix. Never done the five days we stayed. Could not turn the TV off. The location was great as we where visiting a family member at the Queensway Carleton hospital. It is five min. Away. The morning complementary breakfast was fresh and excellent. "
