This hotel is located conveniently near transportation options, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some rooms even include pajamas and a Bose Sound Bar. Guests can store their luggage before and after check-in. The buffet breakfast has many options and is generally good, though it may be crowded at times.
Though the breakfast buffet could be more spacious and better stocked. Guests should expect smaller rooms with limited storage and less natural light due to space constraints in Tokyo.

Excellent staff, daily housekeeping provided but also advised if you are there more than 2 nights to opt for enviro friendly housekeeping which is just daily emptying rubbish bins, replenishing towels etc. but they will not make your bed/change sheets everyday if you opt for this. Otemachi station 2-4 min walk from hotel and can easily get from there to Tokyo, Shibuya, Ginza etc. but there is Kanda Stn just another 5 mins the opposite way if you cannot get to where you need to from Otemachi. Google maps was our bestfriend for getting around. Rooms were enough space for 2 people with 2 big suitcases, definitely bigger than the average room in Tokyo, very clean and amenities are provided in lobby area. Kettle with tea/coffee provided in rooms and 2x 7/11’s and a family mart within a minute walk for convenience. Laundry service is offered but quite pricey. They only have 2 laundry machines in the hotel so often waiting in a line to utilise and can only wash/dry up to 6kg at a time. We found a laundromat 6-8 min walk from the hotel in Kanda, only 1200-1400 yen for a 7-16kg load. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

This hotel is located very close to the Otemachi station which is one stop away from Tokyo and hence you have access to everything quickly. The rooms were clean but a bit compact for the price. The facilities in the hotel are great and the staff is very helpful.

Location is near Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. Easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by train. However having stayed at another hotel chain while in Osaka, this hotel was more dated inside in comparison. The decor was anesthetic but not as functional and there were spots where cleaning could have been more thorough. I paid a little more for this hotel when I had looked at other more affordable options. Reality did not match my high expectations. Room size is good, but the shower water pressure could have been stronger. Beds are fairly comfortable and they have amenities in the lobby. Big plus is that they provide water daily and refreshments in the lobby in the afternoon.

“Beautiful modern hotel”
I booked a room to celebrate my birthday in Tokyo. The room was a little bit bigger than most Japanese hotels. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Having recently stayed in another hotel that didn’t have a fan in the bathroom, it was very noticeable that this one did so there was no smell. The safe in the room was easy and convenient to use. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a little disappointing. There were only a couple of items that were “breakfast-y” and the rest was lunch. But that’s just a personal preference of mine.
