Wonderful stay ”
It was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from the first day to the last. They provided a delicious welcoming drink for us. The room with jacuzzi was incredible. Moreover, all equipment for your trip to Phuket was provided such as bag, umbrellas, flashlight, towel etc… the room was clean and comfortable with modern design. My baby also enjoyed the kids club. It’s in the mountains with a nice view, little far from the centre but there is a car provided to the centre and the beach. All in all, I recommend this hotel for everyone.

Nice hotel internet not so much”
The hotel is very stylish and the room a good size with tub . The view from balcony was nice and must say the bed was one of the most comfortable I ever slept in . I recommend getting breakfast it was of high quality and good value. Have to say overall a great place with nice staff . The only problem was Internet in my room was going on and off unusable and had to use lobby wifi . Told desk many times but were unable to fix . The other thing with the hotel up a hill from the center of city was hoping to use the shuttle bus and they cut back service from every hour with 22 seat bus to every two hours with 12 seat bus and last bus at 8 instead of the previous schedule. You really needed to make an appointment for the shuttle if you want a seat . If they fix the internet and improve shuttle would be the perfect hotel

Unique location on Patong Hill, awesome staff”
Our stay was very enjoyable, staffs were very helpful and welcoming. When we have emergency that needs to go to the hospital, the staffs responded fast and followed us to the hospital The location is on Patong hill, slightly further from all the actions, but the rooms are great value for money. It was spacious, clean and very well maintained. We rented a bike, and find that it is easy to travel between old town and Patong it self.

Gorgeous spot, clean and beautiful space ”
Loved this stay; wish we had stayed here earlier in the trip, and for longer. Rooms were beautiful and clean, as were the pools and the view from the rooftop was lovely. Restaurant had good food, and cocktails were delicious. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Anything that wasn’t at the hotel we were able tho Highly recommend

Loved everything about it The gym is open 9-5 but if you want it earlier or later they will open just for you. You are treating as an individual here and not just a number. The Bed was incredibly comfortable The shower was spot on Cleaned the room everyday It a good few miles from the hustle and bustle of patong and they have a free shuttle to and from the hotel and beach. TukTuk is only 150/200 from bangla road

Beautiful hotel with beautiful people. The staff to beyond to ensure you are fully accommodated and feel at home while on vacation. The breakfast buffet was worth including it as part of our package. Mai house is the best place to stay if youre looking for a place near patong. Shuttle every 2 hours :-), breakfast is great, the staff are sooo friendly and the restaurant is v good! Thank you chef. We couldnt thank them enough. Definitely wanting to come back again. Please try their pizza and coconut smoothie :-)

Stayed here for 5 days and every thing was perfect. The staffs were great and room was spacious and cozy. Location of the place is a bit far from shops and the town. They do provide a free shuttle to Patong town if you’re not renting a bike or car.

I was travelling for 3 months and this was the nicest hotel we stayed in the whole time! The staff were amazing, the rooms were absolutely stunning and so comfy and you have a shuttle down to the town and beach so easy to get around and the food was also great. The hotel overall was gorgeous and so pretty and for such a good price! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

All staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was ever an issue. Food (breakfast) was great. Helpful with tours securing discounts. Rooms were cleaned daily and replenished. Great place to stay.

Amazing place”
Mai House Hotel is highly recommended. The place itself is so beautiful and relaxing. The place is literally up in the hill therefore you’ll have a nice view of Phuket. Perfect place for Sunrise and sunset. The staffs are nice as well and can converse in English. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with my 5nights stay in this place.

This is a very nice property and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The view from the roof is awesome, nice pool, shaded areas to relax in, full breakfast available every morning was great. The deluxe room with bathtub was lovely! The restaurant and spa are expensive but nice. The price of the rooms was good for the quality. Free shuttle to Patong Beach several times a day which is perfect, because it's not a walkable location

Value for money ”
Nice and friendly staff helped take care of us once we parked our car in the car park. Location is slightly off but it’s okay since we drive. Room is new and clean. Breakfast not too many choice but it’s good enough. Staff has their smiling face all the time which is a plus!
