Pros: right across the street from Hyde Park and close to Green Park. The executive lounge is a nice perk and saves you buying breakfast separately. The executive suite gives you a second bedroom when traveling with a child. Cons- all the Mayfair executive suites are apparently located next to the elevator. There was a constant background swoosh of the elevator, going up and down. The bathroom was poorly caulked so the shower leaked onto floor… A surprise from a premium brand like Hilton. Staff training was definitely subpar. When I asked about sending a scanned document to the front desk to be printed out, I was given three different emails before it worked. We also had to wait 90 minutes for check-in and were never called or texted as promised.

We attended a concert in Hyde and so the location is perfect and close to many wonderful restaurants for an extended stay - all hotels are pricy in this area but this is a quality hotel with a lovely bar and great beds

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were made to feel to welcome and all the personal touches made such a difference. The location is perfect, as are the views. The room was extremely comfortable. The Revery Bar offered the most amazing cocktails too! Would definitely recommend. We stayed as a treat instead of Christmas presents and would definitely do this again!

“A lovely hotel with a beautiful view!”
I was satisfied with my stay in a very nice room with a view of the park. When I went to drop off my luggage at the hotel around 11 o'clock, I was allowed early check-in, but since the room had windows that were half the normal size, I requested a room change. The new room was a bit smaller, but the view was very good, and it turned out to be a lovely stay. The woman at the reception was very kind, listened carefully to my poor English, and explained beforehand that while the view was good, the new room was a bit smaller than the original one, and she addressed my concerns. I was very satisfied with the service.
