I have stayed at this hotel several times before and basically stay here whenever I come to Hong Kong. The location is excellent, very close to Wan Chai MTR station, and it is also very convenient to walk in other directions. The room size is moderate and the accessories are complete (kettle/tea bag, coffee bottle, water/hair dryer/refrigerator/safe/ desk chair/clothes hanger/toiletries). Although there is no converter plug in the room, it should be possible to borrow one from the front desk. There are also USB charging ports on the bedside, so you can just plug in directly. Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff are all very friendly, and it feels like everything is familiar! Really good, highly recommended.

Initially, there was a misunderstanding between Agoda and the hotel regarding our room request for two single beds. However, the staff, especially the manager, generously upgraded our room at no extra cost to fulfill our request. Throughout our three-night stay, the room was consistently well-maintained by the cleaning staff, who ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. On one occasion, I encountered an issue with the safe deposit box where I had stored my wallet. Upon contacting reception, a staff member promptly arrived to assist, but unfortunately couldn't resolve the problem. The manager swiftly intervened and resolved the issue efficiently. The manager demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, showing versatility and professionalism in handling various situations. Overall, our experience at Kew Green Hotel was highly satisfactory, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Enjoyable Stay in a Strategic Location-Wan Chai Area”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Located in a strategic spot, it is within walking distance of the historical tram in Hong Kong, just a 4-minute walk across the hotel and two blocks away. The nearby MTR station is Wan Chai, surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. Location: While there is no shaded drop-off and pick-up area when it rains, the hotel entrance faces a main street, making it easy to call an Uber or walk around the neighborhood. There are many MTR exits nearby. If you’re coming from Wan Chai station with heavy luggage, take exit B2 for the elevator, as most other exits only have stairs. MTR staff are also happy to assist with directions. Room: We received an upgraded room that was spacious(rare in HK), featuring a sofa, TV, and mini fridge. It had all the basic amenities, including two free bottles of water, a hairdryer, and free strong Wi-Fi. The toilet was standard, and the shower had normal pressure with sufficiently hot water. Our room on the 9th floor had large windows with a clear street view. The room was soundproof, the AC was strong, and laundry service was available for an additional price. Additional Services: A unique feature was the multi-function humidifier in the room, which was particularly useful during the typhoon season when the room could get very humid. Staff and Service: The staff were relatively friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Travel Information: We traveled from West Kowloon station by taking the MTR from Austin station, interchanging at Hung Hom to Admiralty station, and then to Wan Chai station. The journey took about 25 minutes and cost HKD 10.6 per person per trip with an Octopus card. All transit was underground, and it was about a 5-minute walk to the hotel from exit B1/B2/C, with B2 having an elevator. An Uber from West Kowloon station to the hotel cost around HKD 120++. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. It's a gem hotel. Cleanliness is satisfactory.

Great location and good room”
I booked it for a special occasion and got a free upgrade to a family room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room is of a good size and it was clean and comfortable. The TV was surprisingly modern (Samsung smart TV) and there were two USB port chargers right next to the bed. The drain in the bathtub was not great, the water drained very very slowly. But strangely, once the water accumulates to a certain level, a loud pump turns on from somewhere inside and drains all of the water extremely quickly, it was quite interesting to see. The location is great as it is in the heart of Wanchai, there are lots of shops/ convenience stores/ restaurants nearby. Would stay again as it is good value for money.
