"My family including two elderies (70+ and 80+) stayed for two nights for the sakura festival in Kawazu. It is an excellent stay and both my old parents are very satisfied with the hotel esp. clean room with a big balcony facing the east sea). The breakfast has a great variety of choice but you may need to wait for a while to enter if you go there at peak time (~8am). The onsen service is great and they even include spa pool and hot sauna room. The shuttle bus service is excellent thou they don't have frequent service. I will definitely recommend and if I have a chance to go here again for summer, I must choose to stay here again and enjoy the swimming pool and beach!"

"They were not flexible at all for our requests for food without much sugar and meet, which I find very strange. I live in Japan 30 years and it is very rare to have such an unaccommodating attitude... Pity, since I would have given a higher feedback score if they were just trying to help on this issue.
