Where to stay in Jiading
Jiading hotels & accommodations

I stayed for one week in the Energy Hotel and liked it very much. It is near to the Shanghai Automibil City (Expo, Volkswagen, F1 Circuit) and also the Anting Metro Station is 200m near. At the other street side, there is a big shopping mall and also a good food-street is 3min away. The breakfast was also very international and the room very big and had much comfort,...

The room I was given was disgusting! Stained carpets, ceiling and wkaas, bad smell too! Worn out room! When complained and asked to be moved was told all rooms are the same as it's the old building! Had to pay to upgrade! The hotel seemed ok in the new building but not the old! The gym is not a gym really! No weights just jogging machine and othe CV units!

I have stayed at many Marriott's, as I know the breakfast at courtyards are free.... not here! I have stayed at many hotels in Jiading and the breakfast the Marriott is the worst! For a Marriott they also only had one (1) movie channel.... this is the same as all the other Chinese hotels in Jiading. I could go on about other issues but I stayed as a test and they fail...

The hotel is in a quiet little town call jiading. The room that I had was very clean and quiet. Restaurants, Supermarket, and shopping centre are at walking distance. Moreover, the staff at reception is very friendly and provide us a lot of local information. I wll stay in this hotel again if I pass through Shanghai.

Despite the far distance to Shanghai center, I enjoyed the surrounding. The hotel is big and in good quality (not like in the photos posted in Agoda---looked disappointing. I was sick during my stay because of food. the staff were very helpful to provide me with the medication. The only thing is that they do not have fridge in the room.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and a great value. However, the staff does not speak English (we used Google Translate). The staff was very patient, helpful and willing to use translation devices. The room was small but well equipped. We will stay again if we have the opportunity and will recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Jiading is perfect for business or pleasure It is not a top western hotel but the staff spoke English the room were clean. Its not in the middle of Jiading but that is only ¥12 taxi ride away to get to McDonalds , KFC or Starbucks or metro. It is a "themed" hotel but that is their marketing choice :) I did not find it offensive quite the contrary I found ...
