“Good location but some things need to be checked before booking”
The location is very good indeed if you want to go around Goin area. However there were a very disappointing surprises for us when we checked in. Firstly, Agoda charged us full accomodation tax in the bill and when we reached the hotel the owner asked us to pay that again saying that Kyoto municipality charges that seperately. Secondly, Agoda charged us cleaning fee but the owner again told us that the fee charged by Agoda is only for one night and we would need to pay for the other nights as well which came as a shock since the sum was huge. To add to this the cleaning of rooms was nonexistent and the staff told us that only the common areas are cleaned and nothing else. I must however again say that the location is good and if one wants to book this place then please clarify all the check-in additional charges beforehand using chat.
