"My partner and I stayed in this lovely Ryokan for 1 night, and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The incredible hospitality started when we got on the shuttle van that picked us from the station. We got picked up by Ms. Watanabe who welcomed us with hot tea and warm towels in the van which felt perfect in the cold February weather. Once we got to the Ryokan we were welcomed by incredibly kind staff members and quickly completed our check in. We were taken to our beautiful room, equipped with an unbelievable private rock hot bath. The room was flawless, three air conditioners in each space kept the room nice and warm, and everything was tidy and comfortable. They really though of every small details to make our stay memorable! We decided to have dinner at the Ryokan, and we were SO happy we did! I am vegetarian, so I had some concerns, but lovely Ms. Ito and the rest of the staff made sure I'll have one of the best and most fulfilling meals I ever had in Japan! 10/10 experience! "

"This ryokan was lovely. We were a group of 3 and the room was lovely and big enough for all of us with all mod cons needed. The large bath on the 7th floor was lovely and had an outdoor pool and the private bath we had was sheer luxury! Dinner was great, it was unusually as it was a fusion of Western and Japanese. To be very honest I would have preferred a full Japanese meal but this is purely personal preference rather than anything being wrong and the cake 'biking' was yummy! ( Biking means Viking which means buffet in Japan. Just go with it!) Breakfast was a treat for the eyes and belly and all the staff spoke English and while we were a Japanese speaking party it was great for those whose English was better. Totally recommended! "
