โดยรวมดีค่ะ แต่ติดว่าห้องที่เราอยู่ปั๊มน้ำเดี๋ยวเบาเดี๋ยวแรง แล้วอ่างล้างหน้าที่นี่ก็เป็นแบบตื้นแถมก๊อกเตี้ยอีกทำให้เวลาปั๊มน้ำดันน้ำพุ่งกระเด็นเลอะเทอะไปหมด แต่ห้องน้ำสะอาดดีค่อนข้างมากเลยค่ะ อีกเรื่องคือควรมีราวให้ตากผ้าเช็ดตัวหน่อย ละก็บันไดลอฟท์แอบชัน มากต้องคอยระวังเวลาขึ้นลงไม่ให้พลาดตกค่ะ (อาจตายได้ 555 ^^') ไว้คราวหน้าไปพักใหม่
I stayed here for several nights and had an amazing experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance to a Lotus mini market and an evening market. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I did encounter an issue with the AC not being very cold, but the owner promptly fixed it. What stood out the most was the homely atmosphere. The owner adds a personal touch for every guest, making the stay feel special. They communicate well in English, which was a great relief. The breakfast was excellent, offering a choice between Western and Thai cuisine, along with delicious desserts and congee. Plus, there's a charming coffee shop run by the owner that's perfect for a morning or afternoon break. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely return if I'm ever in town again.

Just passing through on a drive down to Bangkok. My night at the Hug was very nice. The couple the run and own the hotel were very pleasant. The room was perfect. I had a very good stay

Good for a 1-night stop, provided you have a car. If not, go elsewhere - the only "attraction" within walking distance is Phrae Prison. Room well-equipped and beautifully clean, but no dinner options.
Nice hotel for an overnight night rest. The Staff/owners are very friendly and will try to accommodate your request. They also have a coffee shop where they have their breakfast. If passing through again I would spend the night.
Our room.is loft style we can share the spaces my husband can.have completely relax without disturb by our baby and the breakfast was so good we can choose the sets frist and.there also buffet
The hotel located near city center. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were great and helpful. They also suggested recommeded places in Phrae to visit. Overall experience here is great, definitely come back to here again.
Good place to stay in the city and easy to get around just only smell bad a bit in the bathroom.

This is a nice small family run place. Good value. Very clean room. Nice breakfast. Good location. We would stay here again and wish all hotels were clean and friendly and good value like Hug Inn.
A very helpful owner and staff. Food & shopping are conveniently assessed to by car. Almost lost the booking of this beautiful accommodation because Agoda staff did not update my credit card details.
Small loft hotel 2 floor but safe and very good to stay with.
It is minimal loft hotel with cleanliness. The room is nice and simple. Delicious simple breakfast. Easy to access. Small number of staff can cause a slow during register.
Except the only thing is the smell from the bathroom. Quite strong

This is a very modern, boutique hotel tucked away at the end of a quiet soi. The rooms are modern, minimalist loft style, and are clean, comfortable and new feeling. The owners are a young couple with 2 small boys. They speak very good English and are service oriented. What I liked best was the breakfast. It was a la carte but they let me have 2 dishes which were delicious and were accompanied with toast, fruit, fruit juice, a fresh latte and a salad. I highly recommend this place.

The air condition is a quiet warm and can’t change temperature to get more cold.
Thank you for your review. During this season, the weather is very hot. With the current very new air conditioner in every room, we trust we can take care the guests to be more comfortable in our room. From your comment, we will do more often of airfilter checking, to ensure the air conditioner works propperly.

Some minor points for improvement only: Soap for the wash hand basin. Cereal for breakfast. Innovative styling with ever attentive owners. Look forward to my next visit.
The style of this hotel is unusual - it is only a few years old with interesting art. The owners are a young couple with two children; if you have questions they will be helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.
Not far from centre of town and bicycles are available to use if you want to. A very nice cafe is located within the hotel complex .

(PROS) Staff are helpful. The hotel itself is good and new. The room is okay and the bed is comfy enough. The location is in biking-able distance to the morning market. (CONS) The place is opposite to province's jail. So, quite creepy on that but nothing else really happen.
Good light in the bathroom. More than sufficient for shaving or applying make up. Good flow and volume in the shower. Does not provide washcloth. Aircon - good and quiet. No smell. Bed-THAI. Room provides coffee water heater, blow dryer, fridge. Felt safe at hotel. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very walkable. No bugs Breakfast was excellent.
