"This hotel worth of every pennies. Clean . Kind and all the staff are so helpful . We lost our paid ticket to shuttle going back to the airport but they dint delay us just looking for the ticket . The shops and restaurants are near and in a very reasonable price . Comparing outside store . Like chocolate candies to bring home . At the store it was 45 hongkong money with free 2 pack ramen (6 in a pack ) and shoes for very cheap price . In the airport it was 75 hongkong money with very rude sales people .i don’t understand why most of the people outside the hotel are mean and rude ! Where ever we go ! Are hongkong people are naturally mean and rude ? Starting at the airport “ don’t ask questions this is a store go to customer service ! “ ( we’re asking were is customer service ) we ate at fast food restaurant. Others have water and napkins and when we ask for water they just roll their eyes! So it’s best to stay in this hotel if you want to talk to real people . Thank you ! good hotel ! "
