"Good service and clean. Both Dinner and breakfast are plentiful and delicious. Rooms are clean. Price is reasonable. Will be better if they have more instructions in English. However, staff are very helpful and try their best to explain. Location is good, right opposite to the train station of the Arashiyama station of the Hankyu Arahiyama Line. But is also accessible by bus (route 28 & 73) outside the Kyoto JR train station. We took a stroll down from hotel to Togetsukyo Bridge in the morning. It was very pleasant and peaceful. "

"Our dinner was great. Served by a lovely old lady. However our breakfast was served by a young lady who did not have much eye contact with us. The room is very spacious and its newly renovated. Clean and comfortable . We love the yukata provided. The futon bed is a bit old so I suggest them to change a new sheet . Walking to bamboo forest is near.
