"Great staff , friendly, very helpful with directions and advice on attractions, bus routes and places to eat. The room was clean and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The hotel was a quick bus ride into the city centre ,a bus coming every few minutes which saved a lot of money, time and aggravation trying to park in city centre. The breakfast was lovely. We are from Australia and will definitely be staying at the hotel if we ever get back to Liverpool. "
