Check in was very easy. We stayed in the annex building which is not the one in the picture. The hotel is very close to the train station and the main strip for restaurants and shopping. There are 2 Best Westerns so don't confuse them. Initially, walking in, the building was confusing and I felt like we were in a labyrinth. It was very interesting. I was a little frust...

Nice hotel with some comments, some room need to utaluze two lifts to reach it!! Long distance with no room boy service ! Corridor lights was reflect in your room via door. The main issue with me was high noise due to their all doors with no soft close .hearing noisy sound for these doors around you especially in morning during housekeeping activity. Friendly recepti...

i was looking for a cheap hotel that was located near(ish) to stratford. the arinxa neatly fitted the bill as it was not only good value, but just as importantly it was good quality too. upon arrival we were upgraded to a 'junior suite'. as far as i'm aware this is the same as other rooms except that its a bit bigger with a small settee and contains a small kitche...

Great people, very friendly and helpfull. We booked 2 rooms, each 3nights we had no problems and everything went beyond fine. Also the ladies that took care of the breakfast were very nice. room service top notch. Id happy book my next visit with this hotel !! Kind regards from the Netherlands!

Staff was very nice and helpful all the time. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite far from central London, but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes it easier to get to the underground station. There is also a beautiful park in front and convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The reception staff especially the blonde lady who’s name I forget lol, are amazing so helpful and efficient. For a free breakfast it’s the best I’ve had and even provided me a take away box. The hotel is spotless and relaxing and just a 2 minute walk to the town centre which had every shop you’d need.. I was meant to stay 1 night I stayed for 3 instead.. good value f...

have stayed here a few times now, staff are very accommodating, when i checked out i asked if i could leave my car in the car park for the rest of the day while i went into London, this was not a problem. the hotel is not luxury, if thats what you are looking for but is clean, rooms are a decent size, good shower with plenty of hot water, buffet breakfast is good and p...

Great hotel, very friendly staff and perfect location. Loved the saunas! Just one down side for such a big hotel the swimming pool is just too small, half of it used for swimming classes , it was 8 of us , and it was tight to swim. All 5 stars overall but swimming pool to small. Would return on couple stay, not so much as family stay

Excellent budget choice for London. Obviously if you are wanting luxury of swimming pool, fine food, business lounges etc then go book a Hilton , 4 Seasons or Crowne Plaza. Depends on your needs. If you were just looking for cost effective short stay for a clean room, relaxing bed, good shower etc then this is perfect. All for just £38 for the night. Room well stoc...

Super stay. All Ibis hotels offer a similar experience and this one was no different. Easily accessible by highway, bus stop at 5min walk, Tesco just around the corner. Internet availabilty everywhere in the hotel and for free. Faster internet available at cost. Good breakfast and also good food in the evening. Overall super hotel for a business traveller.

Stop throwing your money elsewhere!! Choose Rosalee instead. Why? 1. Located in a small town nearby Ilford station. 2. Walking distance to mall & shops (think Primark). Halal restaurants everywhere. 3. Very friendly & professional staffs. 4. Spotless room & bathroom. Perfect 10! 5. Price includes breakfast (pay extra for English breakfast). 6. Cheapest, cleaness guesth...

The customer service was really amazing! Specially a lady Aurélie made the difference, she was always smiling and interacting with every guest and she was really polite and provided a nice customer service. I decided for my boyfriend's birthday, I would like to treat him to a stay and a game at West Ham. The views were amazing from our room and the room was beautiful and absolutely massive!!! I found some members of staff a little rude throughout the stay, however, there was a lovely lady on the front desk (on Friday 6th May 2016 around 8pm) who was extremely friendly, ...

The staff were very good. Excellent. Good breakfast. Its just a few metres away from Ilford station. Its also near to shops, restaurants and mall. But takes 2 to 2.5 hours by taxi to Heathrow, Central London and Oxford. Taxi / Uber charges GBP60 to GBP80 per one way trip. The train would definitely be a cheaper and faster choice but be prepared to switch train at 3 pla...
