"As a hotelier in Singapore, I find this hotel is really good, when first entered the hotel the staff will greet you. The amenities that hotel provides is more than what a 3 star hotel will do. Tea bags with more than 8 flavors, facial mask, bathing salt, cleansing oil, foam etc are provided at lobby for all guest to take. There's even vending machines, coin self washing machine ice maker and microwave oven for guest to used. Even when my room is under DO NOT DISTURB (not to clean the room) when I'm back at night , HK team actually placed 2 bags outside my room with fresh towels and etc. Nothing I can ask for more. Just highly recommended and will surely stay here again."

"+: This is a 3-star hotel with 5-star like service and facilities. It is arguably the best hotel I've stayed in during my trip to Japan (we went to 5 different cities.) Check-in and out was smooth (check-in @ 3:00 PM/ 15:00) Rooms were spacious for Japan, as most hotel rooms are generally small. We booked one room with 2 double beds, the beds were a bit on the hard side but pillows were comfy. There's a large flat screen tv, with modern wood countertops, two armchairs and coffee table. Kettle to boil water and drinking glasses are provided. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The bathrooms were very nice and well appointed with new and modern appliances (if you want to experience Japanese toilets, this hotel has the Rolls-Royce of toilet; gotta see it to believe it.) Separate rooms for the toilet and the powder & shower room with plenty of towels both small and large bath towels, toothbrush kit, hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, hand/ face wash combo provided. - : None."

"From Nagoya station, cross over the main road running parallel to the station and keep walking straight along the main road. Once you see Junku-do book Store, walk straight ahead until you see Family Mart. A slight turn to the left at Family Mart brings you to the entrance of Royal Park Hotel. The hotel is not exactly the easiest to locate and it takes about 10 minutes from the JR Station. Booked a double room on the female floor and was quite impressed with the room! Bed was comfortable and hotel provided Loccitane toiletries with Shiseido sheet masks in the bathroom! They also provided the Panasonic nanoe hair dryer and nano facial mist machine. The décor was the room was tasteful and I felt that the female toiletries provided were very thoughtful! Wifi was freely available in every room and signal was strong. Breakfast consists of both western and Japanese selections and they were very delicious! Fresh fruit juice including acai berry juice, vegetable juice, orange juice, coffee and tea was also available during the breakfast buffet. Next to Family Mart is a staircase leading down to the underground shopping mall and it connects to the Meitetsu train station, subway and JR lines. Look out for Exit U10 when retuning to the hotel. It was a comfortable stay and the hotel has free spa as well for guests. "

"It was the best capsule hotel I have ever stayed and to be honest I enjoyed it more than a regular hotel. The place is very minimalistic and futuristic, I felt like I was inside one of those space stations we see in sci-fi movies. The staff was friendly, it was all very very clean and organized. And the shower, I just fell in love with the shower! It was an awesome experience for me, I hope to be back soon!"

"Awesome hotel with fantastic view of Nagoya. Really loved waking up to the awesome view I had in my room for the 2 nights there. Although room space was pretty small and limited, the toilet was spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly as well. Location was fantastic, close to train station and many good food areas. Very convenient and there is a restaurant just beside the hotel selling good japanese food at rather cheap prices. Best part is that it opens very early and closes till late (5am ~ 2am). Overall, a really good hotel in the heart of Nagoya."

"this place was less than 5 mins walk from the taikou dori exit of nagoya station. check in was simple and u get a chain to lock your suitcase in the common area of the floor you are assigned to. I was on the ladies dorm on the 5th floor and there is lift in the building. the capsule was tall enough, has a TV and earphones, two hangers and some ports for me to charge. like the other capsules I have been to, you get clean sheets and you have to make your bed and futon. what I like most is perhaps the common areas: my floor had a rack full of comics, safety box (need to pay for usage ) . the washrooms were fantastic too . my floor had two toilet cubicles and 3 showers and I never had to queue to wait for any. toiletries were provided. there were big mirrors and seats in the toilet for ladies to do their makeup etc. this place keeps luggage for you at 300 yen a day after checkif you had booked via other sites but free if you had booked directly with them "

"Although it is located near Nagoya station, first-timers should cab taxi from station to hotel because the area around is absurdly vast. Make sure the driver can differentiate this hotel (Via Inn Ekimae Tsubakicho) from Via Inn Shinkansen, which is 2 minutes' walk away, because walking on street with luggage is no easy task. Get a map from hotel, follow the route to Nagoya station (turn left after exiting hotel), and you will find it surprisingly simple. Room is small, same as all rooms in Japan, but very tidy. No bottled water is provided, as tap water is potable. Good service from all staff."
