Good service and clean. Both Dinner and breakfast are plentiful and delicious. Rooms are clean. Price is reasonable. Will be better if they have more instructions in English. However, staff are very helpful and try their best to explain. Location is good, right opposite to the train station of the Arashiyama station of the Hankyu Arahiyama Line. But is also accessib...

This hotel has a pleasant, open, airy feel - sort of modern and slightly industrial but clean. Our room was spacious, complete with a kitchenette, round dining table, and three comfy low beds. The separate rooms for the tub, toilet, and sink with mirrors/outlets make it easy for one person to bathe while someone else does their hair, brushes their teeth, etc. if you ar...

If you planning for a romantic sagano train trip , this hotel is will be best option as it located beside the Saga - ariashimya JR and Torokko train station . In the backside of saga-arashiyama station so most tourists don't go there. Biggest hotel room I have been even bigger than 5-star hotels. Breakfast was delivery right at the time I requested, with fresh ingredients. They kept my bicycle overnight without problems. I will recommend 100%

The hotel is in the quiet side of the Togetsu bridge, same side as the Monkey park, a must do also. Plenty sights within walking distance like the Tenryuji Temple a World Unesco sight and Bamboo forest. The rooms are spacious. We were 3 adults and plenty room for our big suitcases. The cafe only serves breakfast & lunch until 5 pm. They allow food to be brought...
