"Enjoyed our stay - it was close to where we needed to be , nice comfortable bed . Upset that Agoda had not passed our request for a disabled / quiet room near to a lift . We got a normal double room because no disabled were available - at the front of hotel - overlooking very busy dual carriageway & at the far end of the corridor - luckily they provided a fan in the room , so we could close the window , sleep & still breathe "
