"This is a business hotel/resort-chain with no spirit at all. We stayed there for the onsen-luxury but coudn't really enjoy it. Rooms are tidy and all, but the onsen and other facilities lack of maintenance (pool was broken, faucets were dirty), somtimes even smell bad (like the laundry). Staff acts according to plan. You don't feel very welcome for the price you pay. Except for the view at the river, we can't recommend."
