Samantha checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating. Other staff members that we hadn't dealt with remembered us and our situation and we're very helpful. Was really nice to see. Calling after 11pm for some information and assistance wasn't the best but during the day they are. I really disliked the parking situation. You can only pay for valley and it...

The location, rooms, staff and the indoor parking were all great, however, the breakfast was abysmal with a very limited choice and they don’t have a dishwasher so every plate/knife/fork/cup is made of plastic/polystyrene and gets thrown away. I had read a review that mentioned this before I booked but I didn’t fully comprehend the sheer volume of waste being produced...

Great place. The rooms are hip lofts with comfy beds. I wish they had king beds though. The staff stored our bikes, valet parking was not extra, and everyone is very friendly. The hotel is uniquely situated within walking distance (or biking) to Old Montreal, bike paths and markets. We will return.

Situated across the street from the train staition, this hotel has spacious, up to dale rooms , great staff, lovely breakfast buffet and the best pool ever! Imagine getting into a pool indoors and then go through to an out door pool regardless of the temperature! Float away in the night undrer a starry sky - how unique and magical is that!! You can’t beat the pric...

great hotel with fun looking lobby. very close to the old city and china town, and there is a museum right accross the street, which i didn't check out due to time constraints. the rooms are nice and the amenities are very good. staff are fast and friendly. checking in and out was a breeze. overall i am very happy with the experience at the hyatt regency

This is the second time we stayed at Best Western and were around for the Grand prix. The hotel is centrally located and close to night life, major attractions. Great area for shopping and close to train station. Would strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting for 3-4 days, cause it is clsoe to everything.

This place was awesome! The staff were great at pointing us to the local sites and providing tips to save a few dollars. The room was beautiful and the bed provided on of the best sleeps I have ever had. The hotel is only two blocks from the Metro which takes you everywhere.

I've stayed at many 5 star properties and this hotel is at the top of the list with best bathroom experience ever. Even my 6 yo who has discriminating tastes thought this was the best hotel ever. And the concierge service was amazing. Thanks William!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times now when travelling to Montreal for conventions or sports events. I love how clean and tidy the rooms are. Eveything is very organized and I’m always impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. This is very important to me when booking a hotel. They have upgraded the TV’s on the 4th floor since I last stayed there. T...

The hotel was very easy to find, it has a very good location (downtown) and everything is close. It was very clean and you can rest very well.

We arrived at Montreal from Halifax, after getting on 747 bus, and take the green line. The Hotel is just there, it located in a best place in Montreal, I can got anywhere I want by subway in half an hour or just walk. All these made me satisfied,, and the room is. big enough and extremely clear. The stuff is friendly and speak English well. I look forward to the next ...

perfect hotel location in downtown Montreal. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Venu, the front desk staff, offered right away assistance when we reported basin clogged in our room. We were so impressed with his professional attitude when dealing with issues, fixed it within 30 mins. Thank you all Comfort Suites Hotel staff.

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at the Novotel Downtown Montreal. This is a great hotel for the price you pay. It is about a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and is located within walking distance to almost anything you'd like to do in Montreal. Old Montreal is about a 30-40 minute walk and there is easy access to shops, restaurants and the Bell Center. The fr...

This was the second time staying at the Le Centre Sheraton Hotel. Our room this time was smaller and a corner room. The bed was comfy and the Starbucks coffee machine is good for the morning. The internet was alright, I anticipated better connection but perhaps it was due to our room location. The fitness center has a nice pool and the hot tub has great jets. The hotel...

The staff is very kind to help us call the tour agency and to check on their time of arrival while we were waiting at the lobby. On top of that, the hotel is located near Place des Arts station (you need to find the right exit that's the closest to the hotel). The hotel also provides microwave and mineral water which is a plus point as many hotels don't provide them....

Nice place to call home, although breakfast could do better with more variety, as in new items each day of the week instead of just two items (oh, the sausages are way overdone). We stayed for 9 days, and hot breakfast alternate for the 9 days we were there. May not be a concern for shorter stays of course. Best thing about this hotel is the coffee machine in the lo...

i went to montreal for a convention located at the palais de congres, which this hotel is right across the street from so it was very convenient for me to travel back and forth. the hotel is also located two blocks away from rue de st. catherine which is a major tourist area so my friends and i were able to walk with ease to shop and explore. the hotel is beautiful, e...

The only flaw was how dark the room and hallways were. You could turn on every light in the room and it was still dark. When I came off the elevator it was so dark in the hallway I almost ran into the luggage cart being drawn by the valet because I couldn't see it.

This is a great place to spend a few nights in the centre of Montreal, located between old Montreal and St. Laurent blvd, making it easier to walk everywhere. The room was very clean and quiet even though it was in a busy area. My single room had a twin bed which was comfortable with lovely soft bedding and the perfect size for one traveler. The bathroom is small but...

We stayed for 8 nights. It was located in a very convenient neighbourhood (bus stops (and 747 bus [goes to airport]) right outside, walking distance to 2 metro stations (green and orange line), walking distance to Old Port, Chinatown... etc). From our room (on the 13th floor) we could see the firework show at Old Port. The setup of the room was simple yet homey - we ha...

The area it's located downtown smells like pee, police station across street. The building itself is an ugly pig wearing makeup. The staff fries to be high end but like everything about this hotel, it's superficial.. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere or go a little further away from downtown for better value.
